    it was a year for me and I didnt even get a new joint out of it. man you have a bad doctor muffinman

    ok just one of mine from when i was a stupid kid. at age 14 i got me one of them wrist rocket sling shots. well i was bored and found some of my grandpas .22 shells. now seeing as i couldnt take out my .22 unless grandpa was around. i snuck out with the sling shot and the shells. for some reason i placed 2 of them in the sling shot pocket and let them fly hitting a brick wall. now for the life of me i never thought they would have a snow balls chance in hell of going off.. one must have hit just right at enough speed from that slingshot and i heard a bang. and breaking glass. 6 ft from me was grandpas 54 ford pick up with a nice new hole in the windshield.. let me tell ya a willow branch hurts and hurts even more when ya have to cut it yourself to be punished...

    thanks condor i think thats the one she bought? need to program it so instead of the dog sounding like a little yapper. need a big old doberman or something LOL

    she called me and said its going ok. she worked a long 12hr shift as a nurses aide. emergency room helper. worse thing that came in that night was a little 18 month old girl who pulled a hot pot of soup off the stove. got second and third degree burns on her chest and left leg. she asked if im being good? who me? i told her i did not take the motorcycle out . i did start hers and mine. then put hers and mine on a battery tender. boy that house of hers here is sure a lonely quite place. dogs are with her. furniture all coverd up. sure like to know where she got that door bell ringer that turns on a recorded dog barking? i set up her lights so that one is on at certain parts of the house. small lamps. i do miss her. but just knowing she,s doing ok makes me happy

    Dianne. got a better job offer. in her mothers state of north dakota. she took off for a couple of months to see if she will like it up there. it breaks my heart. but i understand. she,s not my girlfriend just a verry verry best female friend. we still keep in touch. she cried so much i thought i would have a swimming pool in my kitchen. i explained to her by saying Dianne your like my second daughter. we have become a family. your in my daughters wedding. and your allways in this familys heart. from Amber (my daughter) right down to my heart. and like a daughter all your second father would want is for his daughter to be happy. she wont be far from minnesota and Amber can visit her. i can as well. when im healed up better. i will miss her smile our coffee meetings and things we did. her home is still here untill it sells. but she will be close to her mother. and old school friends. i pray it all works out for her. but she will be missed by all of us her in good old Illinois at least this oldgoat will:backinmyday:

    just a quick note.. i got home friday the 13th . been real tired. thats the medication. i want to say thank,s to all of you. Dianne took off for a long weekend with girlfriends. so im just relaxing. i have a nurse who stops in mon-friday. pre cooked food just pop in the micro. and im good to go. belly is still sore and will be for a few months to come. i have to watch out for seeds and stuff that i eat. sometimes if i move wrong it feels like a texas mule kicked me. so i sit with ice pack on the big belly. im going to see about selling the venture waiting on loan officers aproval dont worry im still staying here. im just looking at a replacement next spring. the first gens are great. but hard to get parts and i cant wrench no more . so im thinking of going down to a cruise bike. 650cc up to a 900cc . low and easy to operate. im sure something will pop up then? if the money comes in i will look for one in the winter. cheaper maybe? i know it wont be a venture but i will still be a venture member well pain meds are kicking in. so off to the recliner. i cant sit much in this computer chair. many many many thanks to you all sincerly oldgoat

    thanks monty good advice from everyone here. will do that tomorrow as shes fully inflated now and in dianne.s garage that girl has a tight leash on just how much she will let me do. shes a great friend but with her my daughter and my older sister i cant do nothing fun. limits my rides to around 100 miles a day then locks up my toys. and goes back to her place.

    drebb over 4 to 5 days she drops. never goes complete flat just drops down low? i use to have a truck tire do that and it was a lose iner valve stem but i checked this one with the old spit test and nothing. yep im puzzled over it???

    thanks painterman. i just hate to have the bike down again for a tire repair but maybe a breakdown and a remount might do it? now to figure out who lowerd my rear shocks??? 22lbs is ok for a low weight person but not a 240 to 250 pounder LOL
