well as some know on here i go up and do some work at the homeless shelter. i handed out hats and gloves today with the other staff members there. i did not stay for dinner. but here is how my day ended i met a nice gentleman by the name of steve olson. he is veteran from the vietnam war. he is homeless. well i been talking to steve for a long time. and got to know him as much as he was willing to share with me. he tould me how he got divorced and hard times fell on him. he left his only child behind when she was 17. he never made any type of contact with her since then. he said he,s to ashamed. so i asked him what her name was? i was surprised he told me. well last night i took a chance and looked on face book for a karen olson from dayton Ohio area i found 3 and then i sent out a message to the 3 of them asking if i may ask if they have a dad named steve? well i got an answer from a nice woman in her mid 30,s that said yes she did have a father by that name. but thinks he passed away? as she has not seen or heard from him in years. i said this might shock you but i think i know where your father is? and i went on to describe him. she was all excited and asked if he was ok? i said yes as much as i can tell hes ok. he stops in at the homeless shelter every night here. she said she realy would like to see him. so she is headed up here friday. and asked if we can make sure he does not know. and that he stays in the area. i think steve is finaly going to go home.

ok it is now 5:40 here in good old IL im up because i have been having sleep problems for that past week. doc says its stress and gave me pills to help. well about 5 minutes ago my cell phone that my daughter got me rang so since im up i answerd it. this is what happend them- hello this is a bill collector we are trying to reach a james hack me - yep you got him how may i help you? them well you owe us xxx amount of money for a loan you have. me ok i understand that. but im now dissabled and i can not work. i did take out insurance on this loan that in case of loss of job and dissabilty they would make the payments? them -well mr hack they cant do that because when you took out the loan you said you where working? and your doctor said you been dissabled since 2008? and we gave you the loan in 2010. so we dont cover pre exsisting dissabilty? me-- well let me get this right i paid a fee of around $150 for this protection and you wont honor it? and for your information yep i was dissabled way before 2008 but i got a work ticket from social security to try and work. so yes i was dissabled and still able to try and work now i can no longer work so you should do what your insurance on the loan says it will do. them-- sorry mr hack but we cant you must keep up the payments or we come for the stuff you put down as collateral. me thats fine if you get anything out of my small apartment thats worth that amount feel free to come for it. and this was an unsecured loan. high intrest i put nothing down as collateral. and hey since your going to come and get my stuff i have an alarm clock. you might want that because i think you cant call at this time of day. but im willing to pay the intrest till i can do better. them we cant accept that amount. me so your refuseing money? them yes MR HACK thats to low and it will take you at least another year more to pay it off. me so lets get this right you dont want any of my money so i consider it paid since you dont want any money? they hung up

hmm my bike passed most of the check list earl gave out. left fairing is cracked and was repaired but not in a good way. swing arm passed steering bearings passed new batttery brakes have been redone. some of earls updates bike needs paint looks ugly. so im thinking of selling her in the spring for a grand? im about to lose my car if i dont do something? only $3 grand left to pay off the car. with help from a credit card that will be maxed out and maybe selling the bike i think i will have that coverd. car comes first toys latter. and earl great post.

wow i finaly found out how to make my ssdi check go farther hell i could just offer the plugs for free and profit off the shipping cost alone, ok im outta here going down to the local motorcycle shop and pick up a box full

Gamo Hornet.. bubber i have one of these i paid$75 for it. it works good for me. i used it so far on a pesky chipmunk. and a sorry to say few cats down here. i know some one is going to say thats not nice but i had to get the hood of my car repainted because of them damn cats scratching it. it is a good weapon for keeping pesky criiters away. i personaly like the over all function of it. powerfull but not to powerfull if you catch my drift? it did kill the chipmunks. as for the cats im sure they felt it. as i was not right on top of them when i fired. personaly i would go with the gamo hornet as i have not tried the other one.

im still in the aqua pool at the ymca. let me tell ya i look like a whale. and i have to use a cap on my head hair to long. even in a pony tail its a no no. i asked if i can keep a tshirt on? to hide the spare tire and i got an ok with that LOL. after the swim. i went and tossed the basket ball at the hoops. this helps my arms . so far im down to 269. i must be doing something right/ i was pushing 277. i have a nice lady there who lets me in the PT room after all the clients go home. and i work out on the bike. cant do the stair climber left knee wont take it. i know im soft and im trying 5lb weights to work the arms. i have MS and i cant over do my self. but i wish ya the best dan.

it did come with a few rules from her rule #1 keep it charged rule # 2 every friday at 7 pm you must call me or the son-inlaw to check in. if its a half hour late i will call you dad. rule #3 you must call dianne on sunday and check in with her at least once every 2 weeks. rule #4 it must go with you where ever you go. gee looks like the kids are staring to be the parents these days:rotf:

got a package from Amber my daughter today and i forgot to open it. well i just opened it and what do i see? a new cell phone an AT&T one nothing fancy just a samsung one with a camera. she said dear Dad im tired of you and that damn tracfone. i cant talk to you with out useing up your minutes. so Justin (son-inlaw) and I said you need this. it comes with 700 minutes and unlimited phone to phone? you can now call me anytime. boy is she asking for it now! so i have to learn this phone. im not good with new things. but now im at least in the circle? what do you do with kids like this?

thanks Dan my sister works for the YMCA here and i got a free 6 month membership to use the exersise room and the aqua pool. im thinking of starting with the swimming first. then work my way up. sorry about high jacking your post forgive me.

wow sounds good by i have to ask whats razzle berry pie? and them greens? and i have to learn how to get back into the gym i just checked my weight and im back to 270 and that not good at all.. but with MS i cant lift over 40 pounds and i think the weight bars weigh that much???

randy r thats a good question. but since its stored out side behind my place. and the insurance only cost me $170 for a whole year full coverage. and my daughter paid the whole year for me. and i live by a verry rowdy tavern. i thought why not? but in febuary when the insurance expires. im thinking maybe i can get some kind of storage insurance? you know these are now classics and like all classic things ya need$$$ to get them back in great shape. if i was in better health i would not be afraid to drive it anywhere. as long as i have tools and the venture list so if she breaks down i have help on the way.
