    Razzle berry also has a little apple in there. James its not about how much you can lift. I never did go for the "big" weight. Seen too many guys get hurt. The weight will come if you keep at it. Just being there and doing something WILL GET RESULTS!!

    I know about how hard I can push things. Thats one reason I never got into the heavy bench that everyone seems to want. I've seen a lot of kids get hurt trying to push too much weight. I do the reps and keep doing a lot of different things.

    Off to the Gym. I'm even starting to work legs a little. Those that know my leg know that THIS HURTS!!! Doing light presses with it. Only 250 lbs. But it is sore and hurting more if it can. But I expected that. No Pain....Bull!!
