Hi all, Having trouble tracking down STR-4NK27-14-01 Billet oil filler cap for my 2006 midnight venture. I can however get my hands on an STR-5BN27-14-01 billet oil filler cap for a vstar. It appears in the pictures I have of both they are identical, in fact the same picture. Are these two pieces interchangeable? Chris

Maybe I'm reading things incorrectly, but it seems that the chrome air cleaner covers don't exactly fit with the RSTD system, and require different filters? Anyone had experience with that? -
Has any one used Lazer Star Billet lights on a Venture? If so how do you like them & what kind of a adapater did you use going from the light to the blinker? My lights are U.S. & the mount for the blinker is Metric. Thanks!!

I am wondering what the billet clutch and alternator cover looks like installed?I seems you would be putting chrome on chrome.I would appreciate any feedback or pics.I have a 2006 RSTD.

I am getting ready to repair my 2005 RSTD, Black and dark Raspberry. Need your input on new mirrors, Clearview windshield (should I get the vent? Some say they are hard to clean) upper and lower saddlebag trim, and left side lower cowling. I have most everything else lined up. I don't like stock mirrors and kind of like the Yamaha tear drop with the billet standards with holes. I have heard good and bad about them. Also anyone have any of this stuff for sale? Any help much appreciated. I will be selling off some damaged and duplicate parts cheap after I am done. Thanks in advance.
