yeah Fuzzy I hear ya. Thats why I put it out there on my first post. I wasnt sure if the 99 would have enough room or not. It worked on my 91 but thats a different animal David

not sure if itll work on a 2nd gen but on my 1st gen I changed the rear with just the center stand . I put it up on the center stand setting on a 2x4. Perfect heigth. David

I was working in church that morning. My cousin calledd me on the phone and told me as being it was a church no radios were alowed. I thought it was a bad joke he was playing and then the preacher walke din and told us. Bing as this was the chapel and under construction no one but construction personal was alowwed. that rule was suspended for the day. The entire church showed up and prayed all day. David

Hey Bob, My hunting buddy is a tree guy. he swears that if you set a coffe can( metal) outside near the nest at night and fill it half way with kerosene and then light it that the hornets wasp and yellow jacket will fly into the fire trying to put out the fire. I have never done it but he swears by it. He also said to be carefull the next day around it as the hornets want have wings the next morning but they will still be alive. David

I was riding down Black Mountain today. I had a truck riding my rear end in the rain so I decided to change lanes and let this old gesser pass. Problem was it was raining hard and I was already leaning in the curve.I hit one of the dotted white lines and the front tire broke traction. Scared the crap out of me. Bike felt like it fell over and then came up wright . To make matters worse I had the bunkhouse trailer hooked on and it went to wagging around back there.When I finally got it under control I was less then a foot or so from the concrete divider wall . I rode for the next 2 hrs white knuckling my old girl before I finally calmed down. David

Woody as he is known to us who knew him was his name. He was a friend of mine and my Bosses family. I work for a father son company and Woody was their brother/uncle. I have to agree with the pinion gear . I broke the bolt on my 91. Didnt even know it was broke. I changed the rear pumpkin for one I got form Skydoc17 after I found metal flakes in the rear dif oil. Thats when I noticed the pinion shaft bolt broke.. Easy check is to jack it up . I just put mine on the center stand . Remove the rear wheel and final drive and inspect. Good luck David

first shot or 2 I see.....after that it was a little excessive. No one was in darger as the perps were leaving the scene. Ok now let it begin. I know what Im setting myself up for by not liking this. And yes i had a cc liscense and let it expire. I am in the process of getting them back. I was tought in class the first go round that its only legal when you felt imenant danger. When perps drop their weapons and turn and run yopu are no longer in danger. Ok now let the slamming begin Im a big boy. David

I will have to pass for now. I want one but just spent every spare penny I have on a new to me truck. Mid life crisis hit and I had to have it. Wife said ok so it came home. Sorry maybey in a couple weeks Ill be able to do it David

I have to agree. It excludes me as everyone I know rides their own bike. Guess maybey i could cheat and put a friend on the back of my bike when we get there. Like I said all my friends prefer to ride their own bike solo. David
