I believe the 2720 did not have that ability. The 2730 has an MP3 player, but uses just internal storage, which is what I use. I love it. One device, GPS, XM and MP3

I don't remember discussing it, Don, I'm sorry. I want to do it though. We just need to pick a date. I have never been to Macon, but have always wanted to. Matter of fact I was just telling my wife that this past weekend.

the EPA lot is where I took the basic class at years ago. How far out did you have to sign up to get in the advanced? I know the basic class is almost impossible to get into.

I wash mine normally, but rubberband a plactic bag over my non oem accessories. I then use my shop vac in reverse to blow all the water off. Works well and leaves almost no spots.

Also look on www.getfeetwet.com They carry quite a bit of the discontinued/refurbished. I just got my SP 2730 there and I know they had the power kits also for mine and others.

Take a look at www.cyclegadgets.com or give them a call. They are great folks. -

Any chance my wiring of the trailer lights, being I am not an electrician, got wet and is causing the problem? I sure hope not. I'm feeling awful about this since its my former bike. Buddy my offer still holds!

weights on the end of the handlebar grips. they help offset vibration. -
Vibration in grips - numb hand
RoadKill replied to oneway's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I thought it was the vibration but mine turned out to be carpal tunnel in my wrists. I am thinking of having one fixed this winter. -
Very Very Nice. You should be smiling! How much does it weigh empty? That is some different looking hitch too. Great Job!

I don't have a 550, but if its like the other Garmin they do not call it desktop. I believe on my SP 2730 its the splash screen, the one when it first comes on. I have never had a garmin that you can get a background on the other Non-map pages. I think when you are on a photo there is an options that will allow you to select that picture. If not there its in one of the setting functions.

Did anyone ever come up with a fix for the pewter wearing through and them falling off? I read that post and went out and looked at mine and it was there only by thread of pewter.

Didn't anyone ever tell you not to look a gift horse in the mouth?

I almost exclusively use Wingstuff. I have never found anyone that beats their prices. Just ordered almost $600 more yesterday matter of fact. There shipping is not quite as fast as others. My delivery date is 5/27. However shipping is free on $199 and over orders. I've heard Direct Line is good but have only used them once and that was for something on my Venture, oh I mean Buddy's Venture.

Man what a bummer! Though.............it might not ALL be your wife's fault:whistling: I don't even leave the garage door up, let alone any of the bikes out when were mowing. That being said, might be a good time to sell a whole new paint job to her while she's weak with guilt!

Jared and I made it to Litchfield yesterday. Boy they were really low on Vendors this year. Talked to some folks and they said alot that had signed up just didn't show. It was a beautiful day. Saw my phone late yesterday that Old Hippy and Nance had left a message they were there, but Jared and I were already on the road, wished we had met up. Seems I haven't seen them forever and we only live 40 miles apart

I recently saw that First Gear has a new jacket and pant Recon was the name. All Mesh, but what really appeals is the pants convert to shorts via zipper. Found them on Ebay and just about ready to pull the trigger. The only thing holding me back is trying to decide if I will use them enough to justify the purchase.
