Man that left knee looks really bad. Really sorry you and Marca are not coming, we will take lots of pics. Heal fast, and give up the ball. I had to 5 yrs ago due to the same kind of injury. It's easier to give up the ball than it was to listen to the speech every time I wanted to get back into it. Hal

Cruise Control Not Staying Engaged

Wayne, thankyou. I was just discussing this with the wife on how the clutch lever was not returning all the way out. Her 1100 vstar is doing the same. I also have not had cc for awhile as it will not engage. So I will check by pushing the lever out all the way and see if it will engage. I guess the old bird is starting to show some wear after 170,000 fantastic km. You wouldn't have a part # would you? Hal -

Brad, I have the banner and the flags and have already let Bill know I am bringing them. Bill the banner is black with silver letters and design of the VentureRider Logo. The banner is 24" by 6 ft. There is 22" on either end of the banner that does not have the design that I'm sure I could fashion some arrows to it, if you wish. Hal -

With age comes intellect and knowlegde. I'm surprized for as old as Reiny is that he didn't move up to a 2nd Gen sooner, I guess it doesn't always come for everyone.

The passenger holds a shallow bowl of water over the drivers head, while they drive over the course you have picked out. The one with the most water left wins. Or if it is hot and you get socked, who is the winner really? Also you can set up a bowling lane with plastic pins. Drive up to a line and the passenger releases the ball towards the pins. Chose how many times to achieve a score. Hal

Did a lot of target shooting over 20yrs ago with my compound, but never went out hunting. With a little coaxing from Reiny I have just passed the hunting course on the weekend and now have my licensce. I hope when we go out I can decifer the difference between a wild turkey and a rooster. Hal

Anyone have any experience with Buffalo airport park and fly. There are a few there. Just wondering which one in better or worse. We are heading to Houston on Christmas day, going to Louisiana for a few days and returning on Mon. the 29th. Gunboat I'm taking your phone# with me. We might have time on Sun. to get ahold of you. Well us Canadians (Hal & Gayle) made it home safe and sound .... we had a wonderful time with Dan, Shari, Alexandria and Jacob..oh yeah and Harley too....what super folks and gracious hosts you guys are...thanks for the two days of sight seeing...the Harley museum was excellent also...Thanks for having us... On the way home we made a surprise visit to Sqiddly and Lonna's and stayed Saturday evening with them....had many more laughs to finish off a great holiday... Gayle P.S. Hal says.. just a note ..if you stop in at Dan and Shari's they'll make you sleep in the driveway...and Shari expects a bouquet of flowers...white ones....LOL:rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:
