It's cold out but no wind. See temp below. The sun is shining. Kinda hard to say if it's lionish or lambish but other than the cold I'm leaning towards the Lamb. Of course it is Sunday and we ALL should be leaning on THE Lamb (of God)...

Well This Friday AM I am leaving for a 1500+ mile ride to Big Bend National park.Yes we will have COLD weather,42 in the AM and 68-70 in the daytime but I will not complain as it is to be SUNNY all 3 days with the exception of Sunday and a few clouds. If anyone in our Texas bunch happens to be out that way we will be in Marathon,Texas Friday and Saturday night at the Marathon Motel. They have a VERY nice pavillion area with a very nice outdoor fireplace,We have our Salsa and Chips and Margaritas for our evening BS sessions so if anyone wants to meet up we will see ya there..Oh yea GaryN,Ramblingman,Blueslover..I will be thinking of you guys..And yes Squid and Freebird also...There is HOPE for all of you that winter will soon be over..We have had it tough here in Texas this winter!I will post pictures Sunday night.

This is great. Rode 60 miles to work and back Friday. !60 miles with my wife Saturday. 45 miles on gravel on the DR Sunday and 60 miles to work and back today.

Our Christmas miracle, our 11th grandchild Toby, born two months premature, 2lbs 4 oz and finally got to come home last Sunday. He weighs in at a whopping 5 lbs, 1 oz!

In Indiana........ Looks like we will have an opportunity to ride due to one day of warm weather. Man, I'm hoping that this is true. I'm not sure where I'll go, but I might just point the bike somewhere and see where it takes me. As I write this it's about 18 degrees but Sunday will be almost 50 degrees...hopefully...

I'm posting this because maybe this way when the modern parable thread gets pulled, we can see who had the closest square. Redneck said 7pm sunday justjt said 9:35 sunday. I figure that a lot of folks aren't looking at the 'puter today because of the weekend, so I'll say 2pm monday.

OK folks...it's time for my semi-annual sales meeting. I will be flying to Minneapolis tomorrow morning and will be spending the next week in Cannon Falls, MN, Decorah, IA and at our company resort near Hayward, WI. They are stretching this one out so I won't be back home until next Sunday evening. I'll check in when I can but this is always a busy week. We're headed to Southern IN on Saturday with 93 Venture and his wife. We'll be staying in Corydon Saturday and Sunday night. Looking forward to riding some good roads in that area and into Kentucky. Anyone in the area wanting to ride Saturday late afternoon or Sunday let us know.

.George, .would you be willing to co-ordinate a meet up with all the riders from your area for the St. Jude/Mean Dog ride to Memphis, Bill Predock is going to head up his area and you have many members in your area who hopefully will be coming...........I am going to start sending out emails to all of the Ga/Al/Fla members that I can and try to get a large group from this area...........Thanks to you and Bobbie for helping out, especially Bobbie for voluntering to go through all the pain of a tat............. Rodney Wood was riding his motorcycle when he saw a woman being attacked, a family friend told the Hannibal Courier-Post. He pulled over to try to help, the paper reported. But when Wood tried to intervene, the unidentified attackers apparently turned on him and killed him, according to the Courier-Post. Wood's body was found early Sunday morning in Hannibal, Mo. The suspects, who are 21 and 22, were arrested Sunday. Police have released few other details about the incident.

I saw 2 nice RSV's at Marcus Dairy yesterday (Sunday) parked next to each other. The 2 bikes were the same color ! Who are the owners ? I live in CT and my RSV is also red and black like those 2. Cheers

It has been a bad weekend in this area. The first accident happened at 2am Sunday morning when a 30 yr old rider drove into the back of police cruiser at a high rate of speed totally destroying the bike and also totaled the cruiser. The second was on Sunday evening when a 21 yr old girl pulled out of a driveway and onto the highway, the Harley driven by a 55 yr old man tried an evasive maneuver but hit the car in the drivers door sending him through the air, he passed away from his injuries this morning. I guess you have to be ever vigilant of your surroundings, but you can't control what other people do, I'm sure everyone becomes more cautious when something like this happens. Ride safe everyone. Condolences to their families.

Sunday July 20th it will be one year that Antwerp Squad 41 was involved in a crash that killed three squad members and two passengers. Heidi McDougall a good friend was killed and her husband Matt a fellow LE officer was injured. I Have Room booked @ Motel 8 Black Hills ,NC. If Somebody wants to share room and split cost. Let me know. Nite is only $54.00 or something. There is changes in plan, a bit. I Get vacation all week, and p probably will leave Chicago Sat August 2nd, and ride with Jerry ( Boo ) to Kentucky, and rest over night maybe hookup with some locals, and have beer. may go for ride round Smokies, and arrive in Black Hills NC Sunday Evening. Plan To Leave Sunday, 10th early Morning, and head north towards Chicago

My friend and I are doing a tour down thru the Caskill mountains in New York.. We also plan on stopping in at Orange county Choppers, taken a picture, buying a shirt etc..., and we may stop at Coopers town for a picture at the baseball hall of fame... Spending the night (motel) near the Catskill park, so we can get as much touring of that area in as possible...Anyone is welcome to come along, just let me know... Leaving Saturday morning from Niagara area around 8 am..(flexible) and returning on Sunday at about 5-7 pm..?

Havent had the time to be on the site much lately,took the bike out yesterday for a short spin, boy did it feel good since I havent been on it since Oct. Big Mike and I plan to get together on Sunday to go for a ride ( not sure where yet not that it matters ) So if any of you guys want to meet up let us know. It would be good to see some of you.

Ok folks - now for something completely different. The City of Buda, Texas Lions Club hosts an event every spring. It is the WEINER DOG RACES!! That's right, two days of dachsund racing and other fun stuff. The festivities are on April the 26th and 27th this year. The "Run for the Roses" is on Sunday afternoon. Anybody up for an afternoon of "hot" dog racing? This is like the 13th annual race. We will be going up on Sunday just to have fun. JB
