Hello everyone. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF THE DIAMOND R LIGHTBAR IS ANY BETTER THAN THE SIGNALDYNAMICS LIGHTBAR.I KNW THAT THE S.D. BAR HAS THREE BULBS LIT UP FOR RUNNING LIGHTS AND THEN THE REST LIGHT UP WHEN YOU HIT THE BRAKES BUT WHAT ABOUT THE DIAMOND R. CAN THEY BE USED AS TURN SIGNALS AS WELL THANKS FOR ANY INFOON THE SUBJECT MARK:big-grin-emoticon:

What should I buy/not buy?? I will do the steering setup and am considering a 2 tone paint job. Also want the wheel upgrade. What about the hitch? I already have a Diamond R o n the bike. What about leveling links and lowering kit?? Questions, questions...

Folks, it is my pleasure to announce that Diamond R Accessories will be attending and setting up a booth at the VentureRider Rally in Marble Falls. Allen and Patty have been generous supporters of VentureRider.org since I started the club and it will be a real pleasure to have them at our rally. For any of you attending the International Rally in Arkansas, here's a chance to save a bit of money. This is the message from Allen: Don, Can you make a post for me that if anyone wants to order any Diamond R Accessories now and are going to be attending the International Rally next month ,I will bring there order with me and save them the S/H cost.Another savings will be if they order there I will have to collect taxes for the state while I am selling in ARK.( If they live out of Texas , they don't pay Tx sales tax if ordering online. Just a thought to help save our members a little cash.I want to make sure I bring enough stuff so no one will be disappointed if I run out.Look forward to seeing everyone. Hi all: Is there anyone with the Diamond R Passenger Highway Pegs installed on their Second Gen Venture within 100 Miles of Virginia Beach? Honey would like to try them (maybe a short ride) prior to purchasing a set. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I'm in the process of putting on Diamond R's levelling links. Are they supposed to be shorter than the originals? My OEM links are about a 1/4 inch longer than Diamond R's. I was assuming Diamond R's would be longer seeing as how they boost the height of the bike a bit. Thanks for any help. Doug

I just want to see if there is any interest in this. A friend was over the house to help me with my RSV today. While looking over the bike he thought he might be able to make some polished aluminum wind deflectors for the front forks at a reasonable price. I have some diamond plate too but im not too sure if diamond plate would go over well. Since he has a CNC router its possible to add a design into it too. If there is enough interest we will use my bike as a guinea pig and make a set and post photos. Soooo, any interest?

I just purchased a Vertical Hide a Hitch from Diamond R Accessories and installed it in 20 minutes flat. This was the slickest installation ever. I was some what nervous because it was being shipped over the border. Everything went as smooth as silk and dealing with Allen & Patti was a treat. I would order again from them in a second. I just Installed my new chrome wheels and tires on the trailer,I also made a cover for my spare tire from some diamond plate I had in the garage.I also added a rt.66 sign to the old cooler just for looks.Jerry M

I am getting set up for trailering and looking for a hitch for my 2007 RSV. The Diamond R hitch looks like a good product. Is this a good choice? I am wondering if it is easy to remove the drawbar and when the drawbar is removed is the hitch essentially hidden. Any advice appreciated. Jim

Folks I just want to take this time to praise those who deserve it. I recently (read last Monday) decided to buy a backrest for my '08. I looked at both the Utopia and the Diamond R, I went with the Diamond R and I am so happy that I did. I know you folks hear of us praising certain vendors that offer us great products or service. Let me tell you that Diamond R does both. I ordered online and then later that morning talked with Patty on the phone. She was very pleasant to chat with and had told me that she had already packaged up my backrest and was going to ship it the same day I ordered it! I recieved it from Texas to Michigan by Thursday 3 days...it don't get much better than that folks. Lonna and I went to Bummers M&E south of Indy this weekend and I can tell you that my back was a much happier part of me. If you are looking for a backrest, please check out what Allan & Patty have to offer. Their products are top quality and the customer service is stellar....I highly recommend them to all of our members

now i'm really confused. purchased 07 RSV right off the showroom floor - zero miles. after reading several threads - ordered the Diamond R leveling links. finally got around to installing them this afternoon - for the trip to Rogers. sonofagun - i thought the Diamond R were supposed to be longer than the stock links. but they're not. Factory link is 6 3/4" center holes and 8" long - Diamond R link is 6 5/8" center holes and 7 3/4" long called a riding buddy who bought the RSV next to mine in the showroom - knew he swapped the dogbones some time ago. he agreed that the Diamond R were about an inch longer than the stock ones. i'm confused.... any thoughts???? note: i've ridden this thing 35k miles in the last year. it has not been out of my sight except for service ...
