  1. I would say if you can use hand tools you shouldn't have a problem.The only thing that needs welding is the drive shaft.The wiring is straight forward.You will need to have it painted unless you are a painter.I will try and post some pics. on assmbly.Hope this helps.Jerry M.
  2. Yes it was built by GM in1950,it was called the Futurliner Bus and was designed by Harly Earl.They built 12 of them to tour the country.One just sold at Barrett Jackson auction house for 4.1 mil.I remember reading about that thing when I was a young kid.Jerry M.
  3. I was in Auburn Ind. Sat. and went to the car museum.Iwill post a few pics. of the cars.The little silver car was at the motel where we were staying.The guy said it took 2 1/2 years to build,started life as a 1953 nash metropolitan,he did a great job.Hope you enjoy the pics.Jerry M.

  5. Thought I would send a few pics of some cars we saw at a local car show.
  6. We took a trip last week with the daughter and son-inlaw across WV. on rt.50 to Front Royal Va. down the Sky-Line Dr. to the B.G. Parkway for a short ride.We jumped off on 60 and I 64.ended up in White Sulpher Springs,WV. the kids did the under ground Bunker tour at the Green Brier Hotel.We have done it befor so we shoped at the antique shops for awhile.Next we were on rt.60 then got on I 64 to find a room it was getting real dark real fast, we found a place called Dawson Inn.stayed ther that night.wed,when we were leaving it was just a light rain,took I 64 over to I 77 to pick up rt.19 rode across the new River Bridge and stayed around that area for awhile.Headed up rt 19 ti I 79 to Gassaway for a Dairy Queen well Skid wasn't home.We stayed in Flatwoods to do some shoping.Started home Thursday and got into some rain around Parkersburg,so we headed for Marietta Oh.They have a lot of antique shops there so we stayed over.Got on the road Friday made it to Lancaster Oh.which is 30 miles from home and the drive shaft broke on my trike.The son-inlaw rode on home got his truk and my trailer and came back to pick the wife and me up.Fun trip Jerry M here are a few pics.

My wife and I were in Mo. and Kansas last monthwe stayed at the Best Wester Motel on old rt,66.We went to Lebanon to see the Munger Moss Motel, we also went to Cartthage to see the rt.66 Drive In the has been restored,and to Baxter Springs Kansas check out a few spots.The had a nice musuem there and a nice Bed&Breakast.I am posting some pics.Hope you enjoy them.Jerry M.

  12. This is the trailer I built,using a H>F> trailer kit and I cut down a truck cap and put it back together you can do anything you want.The trailer is 200LB. empty and towes fine. Jerry M.
