    wife & i will be there friday after noon,will be caging it as she can't ride,told her to put her B.S.cap on,cause most of you thank that i don't have a wife lowell

    got home monday about 2 pm got to do sume thinga around here,but just had a long talk with the wife,and she said hell yes,she will come with me so we will be caging it had a great trip over 8000 mls didn't get wett,on the road,so if it rains this time i won't get wett we will leave early friday morn should be there 2 to 4 pm see you all then lowell:bighug:

    no wonder my PB was high,setting around here,would cause,most old men's BP to rize my destation---lake placid---maybe nova scotia,if time permits---pork in the pines---davis rally---euarka springs---montrose co look's like mostly big roads this trip,plan to avg about 60 mph,should be in altanta about 6 pm,if i deside to go that way,will deside when i fill the tank,hope to leave around 5 am next doc apointment the 24 sept,so need to be home by then lowell :97:any one

    won't be able to go thru springfield,doc gave me the,get on the bike and go,so i,m headed to lake placid,will leave in the morn,maybe through atlanta,won't pick a route till i get the tank filled lowell:Cool_cool36:

    do the valves,had the same thing happen on both the 89 & the 86,the 86 had 14 of the 16 valves were to tight,,89 only 1 valve was to tight,compression on that one was 70#,so i set them all at ,intake--.006 exh--.008,compression came back up to 170# to 190# remenber to move all the carb over flow tubes,that makes the rear val cover easler to come off :080402gudl_prv: if you have time run up here,and i will help you,if i,m home right now i,m fighting the blood pressure thingeeeee

    now the dating is over,you can rest up,and start selling cars again congrat;dating is a lot of work,don't ask how i know

    two days now,and the BP,is starting to get back,to normal,still a bit hi,nothing low,[maybe the voy is the fix] put the air horns on it yeaterday,hope after the wax job,BP,dosn't start back up thanks for the pep talk,

    got the voy back to gather,need to road test it had to go to the doc,yasterday,my blood pressure has been realy,abnormal,sence i got back from kitchner,they changed my B P med,and i'm not responding to the new med vary well,it gose hi,over night,then low in the after noon,so the riding is out till after next tuesday,if it is ok by then this is V A's,doing they will change your med,to a cheeper generic the head pharmacist can make changes,and the doc,[dont have any say]then have to check and reavaluate the dosage,untill it is,kinka back to normal

    drive shaft,and rear splines,the dumn a-- who dose maintance,had not greased them sence he got the bike,parts supost to be here monday the 4 th,hope to be on the road tue morn,may be an iron butt ride to asheville

    guess i don't have to worrie about warranty,on my bikes,so i'm running 8-10000 mls,depinds on where i am,beween oil changes,the vr used about 1/2 qt,the voy,hasn't used any yet,shell 5w 40 syn

    my 89vr had 154,000 on the oem clutch,at about 80,000 put a v-max spring i,have a set of disc,that can with the spring,old ones miced better then the new one,so,the old ones went back in,had the clutch open 3 or 4 times,used the same gasket, just did the voyager[110,000] clutch,new springs old disc,the voyager clutch disc are directional,i'm using 4W 40 sgn unless they are burnt,they are more likely ok
