  1. Thanks Tsigwing
  2. I like what I see, and just about ready to pull the triger. I was just wondering if someone from the US could tell me how much they paid for total shipping costs?
  3. Sorry to hear of your loss Larry, be sure that Joyce & you are in my thoughts and prayers.
  4. Mine works great, and I just put a baggie with a rubber band over it when it rains.
  5. Just sent the money for a 2XL with no pocket. Thanks Don
  6. Count me in for one, I was looking for something to spend my birthday money on.
  7. Hi Al, I've thinking about this trip for a few years now, and now have plans to do this same trip this September.
  8. Has anyone hooked up a FRS radio to work through the audio system in the RSV? Can the push to talk button be used. I would like to use this to talk to my buddy that has and uses a FRS radio. Thanks for any help or ideas.

  10. Is there a way to adjust the lights up a little? I can't see how to do it without adjusting the whole light bar. Thanks
  11. Count me in also. Lot's of great riding in the area.
  12. Sorry to hear about the job Brad, I went through that a few years ago. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. We here in MI will sure miss both of you guys.
  13. It's kind of funny I saw this post today. Last night the cheap plastic switch that came with Yamaha light kit broke. I split the faring and by-passed the switch by cutting the wires to the switch and splicing them together. Is this OK to do, or should I replace the switch. I'm leaving for a 4 day trip tomarrow and just wanted the lights working. Thanks for the help guys. BigD
  14. I rode my RSV today, but it's 75 and sunny.
  15. I'll be there to ride down with you, however I will most likley be returning Saturday late afternoon. Big D
  16. Thanks Sylvester, I'm going to do this before this years riding season. I would like to get a little more out of the tank. Thanks Again, BigD
  17. Trunk rack and saddlebag rails has my vote for the top two. However, anything chrome on a midnight looks good to me.
  18. How do you vent the neck in the tank? Is there a write up for it somewhere? Thanks, BigD
  19. I tested for a 883 sportster also. I don't think so.
  20. Door County is a must ride. Try to stop and eat at the place with the goats on the roof, I'm sorry but I forgot the name of the place. Also try to get off the main roads there, lots of great riding. Have a great time.
  21. I would also recommend the adapter from Larry Ken. Too much money, and weight to be sitting up in the air not be stable. If the bike is going to be on the jack for a while, I would also recommend the model with the legs for it. This gets the jack out of the way, and it is very stable to work on the bike this way. BigD
  22. Thanks guys for your help, I will check out both of these places.
  23. We're getting for our trip to the Black Hills in SD the first of next month, and looking for a place to stay round Deadwood. We would like to stay at a smaller Family owned Mom & Pop place close to Deadwood. Does anyone know of such a place in the area? Looking forward to all the great rides and sights that I have read and heard about. Thanks for any help you can give me. BigD
  24. Thanks for telling us that story, I really needed a good laugh. :rotf:
