Turn signals auto cancel?
BuddyRich replied to Vance's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
That should not happen unless you roll forward and its at the very end of the distance. Does the turnsignal feel like its still on? Next time it happens push in on the turnsignal and see if you feel that click like you were turning them off. If you do then I would say its the switch. Maybe a little contact cleaner may solve it. -
Turn signals auto cancel?

I think it has to do with distance traveled. -
The DOT Code begins with the letters "DOT" followed by a two numbers or letters plant code that identifies where it was manufactured. The last four numbers represent the week and year the tire was built. A three-digit code was used for tires manufactured before the year 2000. For example, 178 means it was manufactured in the 17th week of 8th year of the decade. In this case it means 1988. For tires manufactured in the 1990s, the same code holds true, but there is a little triangle (Δ) after the DOT code. Thus, a tire manufactured in the 17th week of 1998 would have the code 178Δ. After 2000, the code was switched to a 4-digit code. Same rules apply, so for example, 3003 means the tire was manufactured in the 30th week of 2003. Other numbers are marketing codes used at the manufacturer's discretion.

Yep, And the V rated is not a better tire as it does not have the load capacity the H tire does.

3 foot wide bridge made outta some cut down trees and rope. At least you could rebuild it now and then with nothing but a chainsaw and some rope. Or drill holes thru them and use some 3 foot pieces of all thread and bolt them together.

Watch it putting the rotors back on. They should be tightened in 3 steps to avoid warping them if you have removed them.

Run a couple of cans of seafoam thru the tank. Sounds like a sticking float on that carb. the good thing is its covered under warranty. You can also try letting the bike suck up pure seafoam thru the fuel pump and let it sit in tha carbs overnight. She won't want to run but they will run. Or mix 50/50 gas and seafoam and let the fuel pump suck that into the carbs and let it sit all night.

Good luck. I had quit 2 times way back when and was smokin 2.5 packs a day. Lasted a couple of months then back at it. Spent 39.99 in 1990 on a hypnotism thing. It worked. Walked out and tossed out the last 3 packs I had and never looked back. Jeeze, Lets see. If I figure correctly that 39.99 added up to 64,000 dollars since I quit. TIME to QUIT guys

I had mine recovered from black to light gray. Didn't want to go sit on a seat after it had been sittin in the Texas Sun on a hot summer day. Best thing I did. It looks good and is not so hot after it sits in a parking lot for a while. But like most thing its a matter of what U thinks looks good.
