  1. Hope to see you there tomorrow Bud, thanks for thinking of him. Give us a call when you get into the area and we'll see if we can't hook up with you folks for a bit
  2. You can bet you behind on that one Keep it up Kregerdoodle
  3. Thats one of the tame ones Walt....you should see some of the others I have
  4. Hey Folks, As many of you know right now Ponch's dad passed away Saturday morning somewhat unexpectedly. David and I have been talking daily and he very much appreciates all the prayers and good vibes you have been sending to he and his family. I am posting up the funeral details here for those that are interested. The viewing will be in Tuesday 6-15-10 from 6 to 8 pm @ The Waco Memorial Funeral Home http://www.wacomemorial.com/ addy is 7537 I35 S exit 328 Hewitt rd. David had mentioned the outpouring of support and that it's taken his mother aback to a certain extent. Flowers aren't necessary, but you folks will have to make your own decision on that. Dave Pankow and I will be heading up to Waco after work tomorrow and if there are any in the Houston crew that would like to tag along we'll have my wagon and will stuff it as full as we can. Hope to see some of our members there, please keep David and his family in your thoughts, Davids fathers name was James Weldon Warren.
  5. She looks good George...I wish I still had mine
  6. Gunny, I'm with you my friend, the Harley is DEFINITELY different than the Venture, and I like both for different reasons. I would have a H/D right now if this one wasn't given to me, just didn't have the funds. But I love it as it was a special bike to one of my best friends, puts a smile on my face everytime I start it or ride it around and I feel closer to him. You can bet your bippy if/when we make it north in Texas we will share a Margarita bud
  7. Hey Mister...you dont have much room to talk. You got a mint '86 and I have been reading that you were pulling it apart and doing stuff to it! We need to buy you an Erector set so when you have idle fingers you dont play with the bikes

No...No cheesecake, just need to see some of the nuts that we haven't seen in almost a year. Besides if Lowell can ride 500 miles for a cup of coffee I can do 1200 for a Hot Dog
  9. I have become used to the bashing, besides I dont hardly have time to think. We'll be bringing the '89 up to Ohio, traveling with BoomerCPO and Kbran/Nanaof6. The Harley is doing just fine, I just have to change everything over to Texas registrations and then I can plate her and start riding it. Keep it up Tupperware Boy
  10. 3 hour ride and you could have yourself a fuel pump

    Iso Grips?

I know you already have them, but I would watch them close. I had a set break in half between the rubber squares, I wouldn't buy another set myself. I have had luck with a bit of soapy water.
  14. When I can catch my breath we will be back over to the house for a visit
  15. Keep that lifer juice flowing Chief, Kenny's is an '06 I think, not sure if those had the pillowtops or not

  23. When it cools off for you, come back down and we'll head out to the hill country and ride the 3 sisters.
  24. Thanks for the update Kreg, never easy to watch a friend go through this. I only hope that he can get this behind him and start a solid road to recovery. Don H was one of the anchors in making the surprise M&E happen for us when we came to Houston the 1st time in '07. All the best to both he and Linda.
  25. I'm working on a similar deal with some clutch plate steels that will be ready to go should someone want to do an impromptu clutch upgrade. Your a good man Dave, I dont care what Kbay says about you
