    Double ditto what Lone Eagle posted! Until I had your seat mod done I was dreading having to fork out big $$$ for a different seat. I no longer have that concern thanks to the work Rick did on my Venture seat. What a comfortable difference!!! For anyone not completely comfortable with their seat I highly suggest you give Rick Butler a shot at your OEM seat!! Boomer.....who's tailbone sends a hearty THANKS to Rick Butler!!

    We are getting hit hard as well here. Listening to the Scanner.....folks refuse to slow down and are running into everything on our roads. Its going to be a long hard day for our State Troopers and Wrecker Operators out there. Boomer.........who has to behave cuz Momma is home today.

    22F here this morning and snowing like crazy. The weather-guessers say we should get heavy rain in the late afternoon to take out the snow. Schools are closed as well. I put out large bowls of dry cat food on the front porch and the birds are having a banquet out there now. Boomer.........the suffer through Winter kind of guy.

    I have a cell phone for one reason only....on the road Emergencies! Incoming calls go to voicemail....and I only check those when I'm parked on the throne. Boomer.....who can text message purty good with one finger of his right hand.....

    Snarley I feel yer pain. Temp barely cracked 12F here today and we have a Winter storm coming on us tonight. Snow,sleet,freezing rain is on the schedule for most of tomorrow too. If I could find Mother Nature I'd get her drunk and ply her with sex for warm weather.......... Boomer.....who plans to flame thrower the driveway cuz shovelling is for Eskimos.

    I don't mean to throw gas on the fire here BUT.......I visited 3 separate Harley Dealers in my area to check out various Harley parts which I was told would be compatible on my Venture. The attitudes I encountered at these HD Dealerships convinced me that even if I won the Powerball Lottery I would NOT be buying any HD motorcycle in my lifetime. Snobbish Prima Donna's is a mild description.....Guess I should not have ridden my Venture onto the hallowed ground of their Dealerships. In closing....A lot of my personal friends ride Harleys....and they are NOT snobs nor pass judgement on me for what I choose to ride.

    My seat arrived this morning. Thanks much for doing the Mod to it! After re-installing I sat on the seat and noticed the difference immediately! I can't wait for the opportunity to do an all day ride.....as soon as the snow and ice are gone from my area! Regards and respect........Boomer
