A guy in our MC Club just had a set done for his son's bike. Heavy $$$ he said. The wheels were both spoked so maybe that's what drove up the price. Oh yeah they were done in two-tone paint as well.

Here is what Donna e-mailed to me a few minutes ago after I sent her a copy of the phishing e-mail I received: Boomer, Please do NOT respond to that fraudulent email. Might want to check these out. I have had/used a pair of their gloves going on 3 years now. Very flexible when on the scoot and hands stay warm down to 30F if I don't ride the Interstate.....higher speed increases wind-chill factor. http://www.sealskinz.com/ **My gauntlet gloves fit right over them nicely for Fall-early Winter riding.

In the late 60's we used to shoot the monkeys near the Weapons Depot located on the north end of Subic Bay Naval Base. We'd sell the monkeys to the local street Vendors and they would do their thing to put those monkeys on a stick, grill em up,and sell em back to us at night when we hit the beach. Tasty? You better believe that grilled monkey meat is tasty!! Chase it down with a ice-cold San Miguel and it don't get better than that! Boomer....who has been banned from all City Zoo's in North America.

"Balut" in Nam and the Phillipines. A balut (Trứng vịt lộn or Hột vịt lộn in Vietnamese, Pong tea khon in Cambodian) is a fertilized duck (or chicken) egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled and eaten in the shell. They are common, everyday food in some countries in Southeast Asia, such as in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein, hearty snack, balut are mostly sold by street vendors at night in the regions where they are available. They are often served with beer. The Filipino and Malay word balut (balot) means "wrapped" – depending on pronunciation.

It is my understanding that such Sites are illegal and participation of anyone in downloading music without paying royalty fees is illegal as well. Not trying to persuade anyone from doing what they choose.

I rode the scoot back from the Shop today. Dodged ice spots all over the road home for the 15 mile ride and in some areas I had to just ride through praying. The heated jacket liner & gloves made it comfortable.....the ice spots convinced me to stay home for the rest of the day. My Winter suffering has just begun.............

That is the very unit I use on my bike as well. No problems to speak of....and I use mine year round.

I concur completely. If Yammi had done upgrades to our Ventures over the years we would not be having this discussion I suppose. LOL!

Saturday in Connecticut.......Temp at 30F @ high Noon. Lots of water/ice on the roads from the soaking we got Thursday night/Friday. Sunday.....Temp may get close to 40F....Ice should be melted on the roads. Perfect weather for a long ice cream Run IMHO.

A picture really is worth a thousand words sometimes. God bless every LEO,Firefighter, and EMS in this Country. They are our "at home Hero's" who get it done every single day without hesitation.

Don is correct. I went with ITunes because I do not own CD's and I rarely like all the songs one one CD so why buy the whole thing. Pegscraper I don't like having to fiddle with anything when I am on the scoot. I turn on the tunes and hit the throttle. IMHO I have enough hazards to deal with on the road so why create one by having to fiddle with any device that would distract my attention from the serious issue of staying alive! Ride on and Boogie...in any manner you choose.........Boomer:D
