Yep that series is on here as well. My granddad served in the Navy during WWII in the pacific. He's still around and kicking too, he'll be 93 this June. Margaret

Comfort Inn in Elyria is where everyone seems to be staying. I think they got a discount all you have to do is tell them you're with the venture riders. Margaret

Glad it worked out so well. I hadn't used it but it was the only thing that came up when I typed into the search engine. Margaret

That would be alot of work for the boss. So I looked up a site that you can punch in address's and get the co-ordinates so you can put them in your GPS. Says it's easy. I just have a bunch of address's in my GPS, plus I have plenty of phone numbers in my cell. Here's the site, hope it helps you guys out. http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert_input?form=address Margaret

Glad you're getting settled now. I won't be able to make this one, I'll be in Jax FL that weekend. Who knows maybe after muffin gets home we can take a ride over. I'll have to see how he's doing after his time away. Don't want to scare folks. You guys enjoy! Margaret

Ok first off that title is hysterical, especially knowing it's about a yorky. Don't think you can get a seat on that pup. Let alone get your feet off the ground. Oh your title is "riding the dog" I mean a great dane I can see, but not a yorky. :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf: Now back to the normal responses. Margaret

Well you gotta heal up first, so concentrate on that for now. The bike is replaceable you aren't. You can get another bike as soon as you're up to it. See you on saturday. Margaret

Sorry you had to say goodbye. Hopefully time will pass fast for you and he'll be home again. I know you told him to be safe. I'll send you Jeff's email, never know he may end up near him at one point. You know he'll be in my prayers along with all our folks over there. Margaret

Well I ride on the back of the bike. I go with the hubby all the time, while he's been in Afghanistan I've been riding with Riderduke. I trust both of them completely. If something happens while I'm riding I know it's nothing they did to cause it. Life is way too short to worry about what may happen. I'd hate to get to the end and realize I could have been having a lot more fun. So enjoy while you can. Margaret

I got to spend Easter with my family in NY. My Niece will be 9 this month. I did bash the hell out of my shoulder playing hide and seek with her. My brother in law has a fixation with wood. He bought all sorts of moulding and this thing he put under the pass through. It really hurt when I did it. I got a pic you'll see what I hit on the wall behind the kid. Not sure why he has that there it doesn't do anything except let me hurt myself. Oh in the pic is my grandfather (he'll be 93 this June) my brother James, niece Isabella and mom. The other guy is my brother in law's uncle (first time I met him). Margaret

Well congrat's now don't forget when the little one gets here we want lots and lots of pics. We can be worse then grandparents about that. Some here already are, grandparents that is. Now you tell her to take good care of herself and get plenty of rest. You may want to get some rest too, once the baby is here there is no rest. Margaret

Got stuff crossed and I'll sacrifice a pig for ya. Ok it's a ham, but it's the thought that counts right? :bighug: Margaret

Prayers for you all and like Craig said don't beat yourself up. Won't make your healing any easier. You're dad will be ok no new brakes is a good thing. Tell him to be careful and heal up. Margaret

Yeah but you know how things can get garbled on the cb at times. So now we just throw nipples. Margaret

Not so much when you get a whole roll of em. Seems they get really hard and painful.:rotf::crackup: Margaret

Welcome to the family. Now that you've gotten some info it's time to make plans to get to any meet you can make. Now June 19th is Maintenance day in Oberlin OH. Too far you say, never. We have a bunch of Canadians come down every year, just hook up with them. They'll make sure you don't get lost heading back, might not even get you lost heading down. :whistling:No you won't have to worry just teasing, I think. Margaret

Well maybe that idiot learned not to get that close to a bike, or maybe not. Some people shouldn't be allowed to drive. Glad it didn't get ugly for you. Margaret
-
Hey like the boss said you don't have to leave. Heck we have moderators that don't have ventures. Hope you enjoy your FJR, but you don't have to go anywhere. Margaret
-
Well when you're as tall as I am you gotta have big feet.:crackup: Margaret

So ya staying in the same state or moving out to another one? I hate moving too packing then unpacking and figuring out where everything got to. No fun. Well good luck on the move. Margaret

Oh......I know who that is. Ya think in his line of work he'd dress better then that on a bike. I wear jeans all the time no matter the temps and have chaps and my leather jacket and warmer weather I have the mesh. I have all the armor still in it. I don't mind looking bigger. Of course the sleeves are a bit long but what else is new. (it's a small, but all my jackets the sleeves are a bit long) Oh and I have my boots took me 2 yrs to find someone who had my size so I could try em on. Maybe should have bought two pair at the time. Oh well. Margaret

Maybe a couple of pics of what you have might make it easier to figure out. Good luck. Margaret

Congrat's to your daughter. It'll be great once she's riding to go along with you. Get some pics of her with the bike as well. Maybe even one with her proud dad. Margaret
