    My prediction is this will not be the reason for the next world war. My prediction for the cause of the next world war is over the Helium 3 on the moon. I believe they expect to be mining it at about 2024. They = USA, Russia, China and whomever else can get up there and back. We may be dead before that meteor hits us in about 2036.

    Don't use a Dremel. Yea it will work but it will burnt the guts up. I ended up buying a new Dremel. Can't be without one of those!

    That is interesting that I am hearing that new about apple. All the people I know have not had any trouble. I have 3 MACS, one is an ancient G3 533 iMac that is still running strong and has OSX 10.3 (paid $75 for it), my Dual 867 G4 MDD Desktop I have had about 6 years has had nothing replaced (Just added memory) ang my 1.8 ghz iMac runs like the dickens. No issues on any of my MACs and my kids use them too! I have seen no viruses or malware/spyware on these machines. Well, there were a bunch of Windows viruses that droppin my mail a few years back but they don't run on my MACs.

    If you want to verify what they said, plug in am external monitor. If it does the same thing, it is the mobo cause the video card is built into it. If it works on the external monitor, it is just the LCD going out or the connection to it is bad. You prolly could order an LCD kit if that is all it is. Try a Mac.

    Make sure that oblong rubber grommet in the front, where the tab slides in, is in there good. I have lost two since I have owned mine. They are still available and not too high in price but a pain to go through the motions to replace.

    There are two bolts behind the cluster. If you use a long 1/4 in extension and a nice wobble socket, you can take them out and put them back in that way, It is a tight fit. I thing some people will take out the headlight for additional room. When you do get it out and if you brake the case open, the dimmer knob uses a small screwdriver to get the screw out. Yes it is dark in there and cramped, might not even see it.
