RSV 2009 IT HAS 1060 MILES ON IT RAN FINE THE NIGHT I PARKED IT. DIDN'T SOUND RIGHT SAT MORNING WHEN I FIRED IT UP TO GO TO PENN. GRAND CANONS. INSTALLED NEW PLUG NOTHING PULLED OUT CHECKED HAS NO SPARK. TOOK TO MY DEALER HE SAID GET ON IT MONDAY LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT IT WAS FIXED SOMETHING ABOUT A SPRING IN BACKWARDS FROM FACTORY I CAN'T SEE THIS RAN FINE SINCE NEW ANY IDEAS ON THIS I HAVEN'T PICKED IT UP YET JAYBIRD2009RSV:think:

... is there any way that you could put a direct link to the ‘new’ members public profile when you post the “Welcome” message? That way if they don’t post a reply to the welcome message we could still learn a little about who’s coming on board by clicking on the link. It would save having to do a manual search through the Community members list... or am I just getting lazy? (you don't have to answer to the "lazy" part )

I just received my bags from Bestem yesterday. I have a quality issue with one item. I sent an email and also called several times, most calls had no answer at all. Finally did get to leave a message on my last call. Still no contact with anyone from that company. Anyone know how to get through to someone there and do you have a name for owner/manager? Thanks,

Hey Folks, Got a call from the Boss last night. He's in Minisoda at a conference and they have his laptop for upgrades. He wont have it back till more than likely Thursday Evening. So if you need to get ahold of him be paitent as he has no means to communicate with us here. If you have questions for the site contact myself or one of the other Moderators. He apologises for the inconvienence and will get back with everyone as soon as he is able. I kinda like it that he hopefully can relax a bit without worrying about this place

I have a BRAND NEW front brake master cylander rebuild kit. Cost us more than 50 from the store. I haven't even had it out of the box yet or even shooken' it to see if its in there !!! Either way, I'll part with it for 40, because i really could use the money. See, the thing is, is that dad bought if for me, and i owe him, but i wont have any cash for awhile. Is there a trick to getting the zumo to pick up the contacts from my phone? I have deleted the connections several times and can not get the contacts or the call history to work on the zumo. On 2 occasions after parking the bike, removing the zumo and coming inside the house I noticed a message on the phone saying the zumo wants to download my contacts, but I can not get it to do this while i am actually trying. For any of you attending the International Rally in Arkansas, here's a chance to save a bit of money. This is the message from Allen: Don, Can you make a post for me that if anyone wants to order any Diamond R Accessories now and are going to be attending the International Rally next month ,I will bring there order with me and save them the S/H cost.Another savings will be if they order there I will have to collect taxes for the state while I am selling in ARK.( If they live out of Texas , they don't pay Tx sales tax if ordering online. I'm just venting here unless someone can give me some good advise! I have the Garmin 550 with the GXM-30 puck for my XM needs. Everything was fine until I took the bike to the car wash last Saturday. I never spray water directly on the unit but it does get wet. Now I get a message that says check your XM antenna and I get nothing. The weird thing is when I start the bike after a long downtime XM works. If I stop for gas and turn off the bike the XM antenna quits. If this keeps up, I'm getting on E-Bay for a replacement.

Mark at R-Mark Ventures is a stand up guy, and puts out some pretty cool products. I ordered his quick release system for my saddlebags. A few weeks later I also ordered one of his LED light bars. Through some of our emails I mentioned that I was putting my bike back together after an accident. You can imagine my surprise when I checked my email and had a message from paypal that Mark had refunded the cost of the light bar, and was only charging me shipping! Well my friends it is that time of year again...No this isnt about Politics,but REAL HOPE. As I know winter is setting in for our fellow members up North.My Pledge to ALL of you is that I will unselfishly continue riding in our wonderful weather down here and YES,I will TRY and post many pictures so that Real HOPE will stay in your minds that yes one day the white stuff will leave your area and once again you can mount up and ride again. I thought of all this today as I rode to Llano,Texas and that area of our Hill Country As I was going over the Mountain that Overlooks LBJ lake a fellow Venture Rider,SapperMedic called and we arranged a meet in Marble Falls , Texas at the Bluebonnet Cafe. This was the first time I had met Brian and his wife Marsha.It was an Honor. Seeing all the other bikes there I just thought of ALL of you and had to share my message of HOPE! Tom

That the word processor on this site seems to be becoming more and more unstable. I keep having lock up problems message deletion and weird things happening when trying to used the enhanced features. The attachment and smilie functions take forever to load up if they do at all and quite often lock the computer up when they are used. Today for some odd reason the program kept deleteing the last paragraph of a post on a private message every time I retyped it about a dozen times. Just the last paragraph. What's up with that?

Since the new format has been added to our CP file I'm finding that everyone is posting visitor messages anytime they want to get in touch with me, and since I don't visit my profile that much they don't get a response for some time. Besides that they are a PITA to get rid of, and the system won't allow a message to be completely deleted. Visitors are given a choice but the VM is the top selection and get's picked almost exclusively. The old PM worked just fine. Who thought up this thing anywho?? Talk about user unfriendly!!!!!!

First off I want to say I had a blast at the 3 State Meet and Eat. It was good to meet with some of you and exchange ideas. I spoke to one of you that had a black RSTD. Harley pipes, driving lights and additions on the air boxes. Bike was setup for solo riding. If anyone knows who this is send me a message I'm sure I would like to trade ideas with him again sometime. Sorry, but I am terrible with names. Anyone else that wants feel free, I work 4 on 4 off so I am always looking for people to ride with. Thanks!
