okay, i am posting this in for my sister in law, who is on a mission, and what she is looking for is a; 20 foot , or so, pontoon boat, with motor and trailor, now if you know of anyone who might have one for sale, or a dealer who sells a few of these, could you let me know. I dont know how good this bike lift is, but it looks like a pretty good deal if its halfways decent. Princess Auto has 1000 lb bike lifts on sale for 298.88 starting Tues Dec2. I got the flyer today in advance of the sale. This is a relatively blatant plug for a sunglass company I had some dealings with. The company is Panoptx/7Eye. The story: Bought a pair of sunglasses from a HD dealer ( was with a couple HD buddies, tax free day in MA and they were having a sale), about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Nice shades, photo grey type lense, very comfortable, eye cups for the wind and they didn't have any HD logos. Expensive ($150 on sale) but I like to buy nice stuff, it makes me take better care of it. Anyways a few months ago, they weren't changing stayed kind of a bronze color, not good in direct sunlight. Emailed the company, told them the problem, was informed that the lenses can be replaced ($60), because they do have a shelf life, an 18 month shelf life I ask? That's not right, send them in, we'll fix them, no charge. They even replaced the removeable eye cup thingy. Turn around time about 1 week, cost me $5 to ship them out to them, that's it. Good company, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. They even do prescription glasses, too. So if you're looking for some good quality sunglasses ( they aren't cheap, by any stretch of the imagination), I would definitely look at these.

Boy, with the way the raffle tickets are being bought up, must be a few folks out there that are looking for a new trailer. I am working on Dave Pankows Bike and I dropped the front headlight assy and broke the front glass out of it So if anyone has a spare or know's of a unit for sale PLEASE let me know as I have to get this replaced for Dave. I have an extra CB radio for a First Gen that I got on ebay for sale. I thought mine may have went out, but I was able to repair it. This radio appears to work with no problems as I hooked it up to my bike when my radio was out. The lettering is faded on the face, but other than that no problems. I can put it on your door step for $85.00. (continental US) SOLD

As you can see, I have the 87 for sale now. (I am no electrician) and Lonestar Medic found me a beautiful 86. But this one has the hitch on it. I don't plan on towing but thought it probably doesn't increase the sale price on the old bike. Is it worth the time to pull it off just in case, or give it up?

Went riding with JGorom today and as we were going down NY Route 63 saw a maroon MK1 for sale setting in a vacant lot. Didn't turn around to look closer but from the road it semed to be all there and fairly nice. I don't need another scoot at this time, but it may be a nice one to pick up if anybody in the area is looking for one.

Just found this site, looking forward to lots of info as I delve into a new project. Here's my first problem: need a frame with a clear title to swap into. The bike I bought was complete and came with a bill of sale. Georgia will only register vehicles with a bill of sale that are 1985 or older. Tough lesson to learn! Going through the parts lists that are posted on this site, it looks like 1988-1993 all have the same part number. Can older frames be swapped into? I've read plenty to stay away from the 1983 frame due to potential failure on the center stand area. Anyone have a frame gathering dust in the garage they want to get rid of? Looking forward to learning lots more about these bikes! Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure is this the right place to put this..I was getting one of my bikes inspected yesterday at Autocycle. They have a beautiful '90 Venture royal with less than 40K on it. He is asking $3000. for it. Not sure if that is a good price but I wanted to let ya'll know about it. Let me know if anyone wants more info. Wayne

Is anyone having trouble connecting to the ebay link at the bottom of the home page . When I go to the bottom of the ebay list I see that there is 290 articles for sale. When I click on the link it comes up with 2700 articles for sale many of which are not related to bikes. Does anyone have a suggestion???
