Actually, statistics show that a high percentage of motorcycle/car accidents are side impact on the car, front impact on the bike, from when the car turns left in front of an unseen motorcycle. So for motorcycles it is much more likely to be useful. This is the third Goldwing air bag crash dummy test I have seen. I cannot understand this one, but on both others without the air bag the estimated injuries were fatal, with the dummy breaking its neck. With the air bag the estimated injuries were non life threatening, and not even estimated to be critical.

I've got the older Zumo 550, Sat can be added, but too expensive,, but does have Bluetooth for my cell phone and MP3 player.. motorcycle specific, bigger buttons easy to use with gloves, waterproof and all that.

Well, truthfully, I don't believe most people even see the ads in the old area. they don't think to look there. I was just about to move my add to the forum section, but it has already been turned off. I much prefer them in the forum section.

I am not inseam challenged, but I love my 130 Avon tire and find it has no down sides at freeway speeds for me. I think it just handles all around better. I run 5psi front and 40psi rear.. This gives me a decent feel solo, but is still cushy two up. Prior to the Venture I came off sport and sport touring bikes, which I'm sure many people here would consider twitchy and/or unstable at freeway speeds. to me the 130 front makes the Venture feel like a motorcycle again.

Actually because of my sinuses wind noise contributes to my headaches, so my plan it to sell the Venture, and my rag top Jeep Wrangler and go for a hardtop Corvette. And yes, I don't like loud music anymore either.

Just listed my Venture in the classifieds. I think I am giving up touring.. since I was sick in the hospital two years ago I have had tons more trouble with my sinuses and pollen and junk in the air affect me much more, I often find myself with light head aches needing to take sinus meds, and with or with out the meds I am often light headed. I just don't feel safe taking long trips on bike anymore. I also have my Sportster listed, but if I sell the Venture I will probably keep the Sportster for around town and short trips. At this point I plan on switching to a sports car of some sort.

That is really not fair, the US system is based on the idea that it is better to let off a few guilty people, than imprison innocent people. Even with the safe guards (technicalities if you wish) innocent people still are found guilty. You could always move to a country were making sure the guilty are imprisoned is more important than the freedom of the innocent, of course you would never again be able to use the phrase "If you don't do anything wrong, you won't have anything to worry about." -

When I turned 18, the legal drinking age where I lived at the time, at the bar a rum and coke was 60 cents and you could buy a bottle of Boone's Farm wine for under a buck. Don't know what beer cost.

Just the museum alone is 11 acres, lots of walking!!!! I use to live in Detroit, have been there a dozen times, and always managed to see something I hadn't seen before.

I've had my 550 for a couple years, switch it back and froth from my bike to my jeep to my wife's SUV, never had any problems.

Movie codes, while not the rating system we have today, have been around since 1930. Movies were not produced responsibly, they were censored.

I found anything over about 5 or 6 miles an hour the Wing feels much lighter, but from 5 down to 0, it is taller and seems harder to control to me. And the pegs are right where I want to put my feet down, which doesn't help

Two people have said the Venture and Wing use the same E3???????? Wings have 16in rear rims, Ventures have 15in rear rims. And Wings use radial E3s and Ventures use bias ply E3s -
