  3. Thanks for the pictures also giggles. God bless each of you. Nancy aka Giggles:wow:
  4. Know the pain also. This time I got one after Mean Dog passed away. Prettiest dog. The only thing is work 8 hrs. Tippy is an inside pet (cocker spaniel). I don't have a fenced in yard so when I let him out he wants to chase after cars and get in the road. If I chain him up he waits to come back in to do his business. If he gets to run does it outside. Decided to let a good friend I work with take him. She has a fenced in yard and other dogs that are inside also. Tippy has been a lot of comfort for me though. My friend lives about 2 to 3 miles from the house so I can go visit. Also, Emily and I work in the same department and get off at the same time. Makes it nice.
  5. :wow:Sounds like all you have it toggether. Yes, it sucks having to work but glad I have a job. Please email me some pictures and let me know how everything goes. Love you gals and guys. God bless Nancy:fingers crossed:

  15. I would like to thank all of you for all of the prayers and the out pour of love for Meandog. The flowers from Venture Riders were beautiful. There was about 100 people that came to the Memorial Service. There were many that called that could not attend. Once again a very heart felt thank you to kbran and Beth for all their support. Their love for the family is just so great. Kbran printed out a big picture of Meandog from Vogal on his bike that was framed and set out at the Memorial service. Kbran, Bill Phillips, Kenny Still, James Odens(Meandogs supervisor at work) and Jackie Thompson (my security dicrector) all did a great job (hate to say job) at speaking at the service. There was about 10 to 15 bikes that rode the loop in memory of Meandog. Once again thanks to all of you. With love Nancy aka Giggles.

  17. Hey yall this is Kenny, Mark's son. I just wanted to take a minute to say a few words to yall. Since dad joined this site its all he has talked about. He talked about the trips he made and the friends along the way. Kenny you were one of the best and he loved the time yall spent together. He loved the bikes he saw and the people that rode them. In the past few months we got a lot closer and he was my dad but he was also my best friend. We talked about the rides we were gonna take when I got my bike, what we were gonna do when I got out of the Army, but most of all we talked about the times gone by. Now my father rides with Indian Larry and the best of them on golden roads. He is looking down on us and praying we won't cry for he is in a better place where he never has to worry about gas (ha ha). I thank yall for the prayers and mean dog still rides in the hearts of all bikers. Sincerely yours, Mean dog's pup:biker:
  18. Just wanted to say thank you for all of your prayers and thoughts. Mean Dog loved this web site and all the friends he made. Mark really enjoyed the Vogel ride and meeting alot of you. He enjoyed the ride up to St. Judes because that meant alot to him going for all the kids. He really was not able but he pushed on. For the ones of you who did not know Mark accepted Jesus has his savior in Feb. Like everyone has stated he is not hurting or suffering any more but having a great time in heaven riding a motorcyle. God bless each and everyone of you.
  19. That's funny, I bought my bike after I already found out I had cancer! Dog
  20. Don, I would like 2 also but, don't use paypal. As always be happy to send you a check! Mark and Nancy
  21. Color 01, I did mine a little different. I bought the cheap w/s bags for $17 and the tab was too short to tuck between the w/s and fairing, not to mention it looked like cardboard from the front looking through the shield. I bought some black fusion paint and painted the lower inside of the shield and used 1 and 1/4" industrial Velcro to attach the bags to the shield. At wash time I just pull the Velcro apart and remove the bags from the bike. I guarantee they won't go anywhere.....LOL Dog
  22. Well, it looks like I might have to locate a used Voyager unit. I have decided to use that one! I forgot when you are put out of work that lending companies don't like you anymore. http://www.ultimatemyspace.com/i/smilies/sick/sick0004.gif I have several months to locate one before the West Virginia trip to see Frog Man and up to see my folks. I'll get one on by then some how. Mark
  23. I believe I found what Nancy and I need! LOL [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SiCa-2FOf0]YouTube - V8 Trike. Back on the road (at last)[/ame] Dog
  24. Jeff, I have ordered information on this set up too! Not so much because it is cheaper but it has adjustable torsion suspension. It is wider though and I have to see if it will fit in the shed with my door width. I have a dealer that will install the Voyager about 50 miles away but, it does lose 1 and 1/4" ground clearance with the Voyager kit and the Insta-trike fits into a receiver hitch with no ground clearance loss. I will try to get one or the other this February. Thanks for the info Jeff! Mark
  25. Well Folks I have been talking with Nancy about the purchasing of a set of training wheels for our bike! Due to my loss of strength from Chemo treatments and also in consideration of Squidley's accident while visiting here, I feel it would be a good investment. I spoke with Frog Man on the phone last night to get his imput on the Voyager Kit (Thank You) and I believe that is the way I will go. It seems a little expensive for what you get but what isn't for our favorite sport! I can always remove it if I get to ever feeling better. I would love to make more rides and and meets this year and I believe this would make that possible. I know it would ease Nancy's mind as she is afraid I will be out and drop the bike! I don't suppose I will be able to purchase a used one anywhere so we will have to bite the bullet and get new! Just don't laugh when you see the Dog coming........... Mark
