    I think your idea of having someone that is experinced with 2up is a great idea. With the suspension just add pressure till it fills right to you (within specs). I ride two up 90 percent of the time and I will tell you it adds another element If your wife would like to talk to mine about it give me a shout.

    On the show chrome windshield I have it's either give it a shot or throw it away, figure it would be fun to try and I won't be out anything.

    I am doing it to a Show-chrome windshield that I broke the tabs off the bottom, I will let you know how it goes.

    Since it is an ABATE thing do you have to wear a helmet? Here is a quote from another forum "That was a really good class, took it today (there was a snow delay on the last date). It is nice to get back to basics and get rid of some bad habits. I did it on the DRZ so the maneuvering wasn't as difficult for me as it was for the cruiser guys. All in all, I would recommend it if you just want to brush up on some basic skills."

    We put a couple hundred miles on the bike today and one of the Stops was the small town of Mcclellanville SC. It was like stepping back in time, there were people walking down the street to the town square carrying all sorts of food and deserts. A band was playing on a bandstand in the center of the square and people were sitting around talking and sharing with their neighbors. There was even kids swinging on a tire swing in the park. Happy Fourth All.

    Thanks for all the replies I ordered a new set however I just did not want to wait and yes I was being cheap too but since the experience on here tells me not to use them I will heed the advice since it has kept me out of trouble before. Like the old commercial when B.F Hutton speaks everyone listens. Everyone have a great fourth and thanks for the replies.
