trailer hitch recommendation
BradT replied to david Taylor's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
You two were close in posting and said the same thing. Hitches are not real hard to make one but if you don't have the equipment definetly Larry's is well worth the price and less hassle Brad -
Enjoy ! Bob and Becky

Is there a safe way to get through Chicago on a bike?
BradT replied to Flyinfool's topic in Watering Hole
Pm. It was this past summer when I stopped in at work. Was planning on being out of Waukesha around 12-1pm but a small incindent slowed me down. Rhonda was on her Victory. Traffic was thick but there was a few places where it picked up and you were able to go for a few miles. Actually it seemed better than Toronto's rush hour. Brad -

I left Waukesha about 3 oclock and went right through. Fun it was. Just a little slow. Brad -

I have the Zumo 450 as well and it is much nicer than the Nuvi I have for the car and of course it is waterproof. I agree with Boomer, if it is only one two years old you may find the road changed a little or the restaurant closed, but ........ Hotels may change names but the phone numbers didn't Brad

Noticed it as well and thought it was funny. Brad

Same here. Lost my bank card yesterday went to the grocery store and asked if they had any cards turned in. Described the name was wore off and there was a bend in the card and the last four digits and I got it back. They had a few hundred all sorted out. Brad

Very Nice now where is the picture attached to the hitch of the bike ? Brad

My Plumbing Leak is Found - Need Advise Please
BradT replied to GolfVenture's topic in Watering Hole
I had a small drip from the water softener and found some black mold. I fixed the leak, took straight javex in a spray bottle sprayed it lightly, and put a fan on it to dry it up, then I resprayed lightly a couple more times. Cleared up nicely. I had some stain block type primer "Kilz" that I painted on the 2x4 at the floor. I am happy I have it cleaned up now. Brad -
