  2. You, Your Bike. and Something to do with BASEBALL. Example: A Ball Field (pro, semi pro, college, high school, local park field. Or a sign of a teams Ball Field or of a team. Banners...most anything to do with Baseball
  3. Just saw on ESPN that if Tebow doesn't sign with the Jets that the Jaguars want him. Seems the Jets have a problem with the wording in Tebows contract.
  4. Well Jay, I brought It. Lets see what you got.
  5. The Saints sure got nailed today. Head coach suspended all of 2012 season without pay. General Manager suspended first 8 games of regular season. Asst. Manager suspended 6 games. The Defensive Coordinator who is now with the Rams suspended indefinitely. AND: Tebow to the Jets???????
  6. If the FROG is excepted: Since spring has sprung, lets think Baseball. You, Your Bike. and Something to do with BASEBALL. Example: A Ball Field (pro, semi pro, college, high school, local park field. Or a sign of a teams Ball Field or of a team. Banners...most anything to do with Baseball.
  7. Wonderful day today, out riding around going by all the tax places that always HAD the people dressed up as the statue of Liberty with the tax signs. None to be found, so what do I find? A FROG standing along the road waving to passerby's to bring attention to a computer repair shop.
  8. I can see it now, another 566 posts until the garage doors are hung.
  9. I had to go the cheap route last Friday to fix mine. Under $30.00 and a few hours work. I do like the quiet.

  11. Well I was riding yesterday (got the bike back together Friday) and didn't know what the target was so I came home and checked and saw Jay had posted pictures and figured He got it. Took off again and rode downtown and ran into a sea of green. Green people, green bagpipes being played, green flags and banners, even the waterfall/fountain was flowing green water. Of course I didn't take any pictures because I thought I was to late. Well at least the bike is fixed (fixed collector at a coat of less then $30.00) and I'm back in the game.
  12. So thats what happened to the ship, the Captain forgot to put his knee down in the turn.
  13. NADA says: 1970 BSA A75 Rocket 3 Fair- $2270 Good- $3160 Very Good- $4940 Excellent- $8075 Kelly Blue Book say: $8500 in Excellent condition.
  14. So very sorry for your loss, Prayers for you and your family.
  15. I installed an AGM from Auto Zone 2 years ago, last winter the bike sat under the awning all winter with just a cover on it and in spring I hit the starter and it fired right up. This winter it sat in a friends garage and last week it started right up again. No battery tenders or charging. I'm very satisfied with my AGM.
  16. Back in 1984 had to serve on a Federal Grand Jury, drive from Flint to Detroit 2 and 3 times a week every other week for 6 MONTHS. (corporate didn't like it but they couldn't fire me) The Grand Jury convened in the Federal Court House in Detroit and it was during the John DeLorean trial. They had to sneak us out of the rear service elevators because of all the media in front of the building everyday when DeLorean left the building. We had nothing to do with his trial but they didn't want us to be seen. All we did was decide if there were enough evidence to send a case to trial. It was very interesting. One of the best ones was when they took down the big shots at GM proving grounds. They were taking these one of a kind cars and selling them in Tennessee instead of destroying them. Tennessee at the time would register cars without serial numbers, so they would cut off all the numbers and turn them into GM with a fake receipt from a salvage yard to prove the car was destroyed then sell them to certain dealers in Tennessee. They got caught when a women pulled into a GM dealership in Florida with car problems in a car that didn't exist. It was a one of a kind Buick Rivera convertible experimental made for then CEO Roger Smith to drive at promotions. Funny thing is that they took the money and put it in a fund and at the end of the year used it to go to Windsor and have a big party at one of the nicer gentlemen clubs.
  17. Maybe he will end up with the Cardinals, but he likes to run things his way and can't see Whisenhunt and Payton's ego getting along. Just can't see him signing with Miami unless they offer him a guaranteed contract of epic proportions. But does a owner want him to win games or for ticket sales?
  18. Can't see him going to Miami or Denver, they can't protect the QB and Payton is a pocket passer. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the Vikings went after him, good offensive line and a strong ground game. I think Miami had the most sacks against them this year and Denver QB's have to run for their life all game long. Without a good offensive line Payton is dead meat. Of course he might just try and get a huge 1 year contract, take his lumps and retire.
  19. Should of never of read this while I was taking a drink. :rotf::rotf:

  23. I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut (sometimes unsuccessfully) when I see a customer screaming at some high school kid, working part time, minimum wage for just doing what they are told to do. ( NO I don't mean about the free cup ) Some people just tare into these kids and laugh as they walk away. Guess it makes some people feel superior somehow.
  24. Thanks for the links, figuring out how to use them now. I think it was squidly who gave me the link I had. When you went to that link it came up with the craigslist main menu type page but when you clicked on a "item" you were looking for it came up with a nation wide list. Thanks again for the links.
