You guys are a great bunch of people and I have laughed at Eck, worried about those who have had accidents, and enjoyed every min on this site. I encourage new members and lurkers to jump in !!     To all the new members and lurkers..... JUMP ON IN THE WATER IS FINE !!!!. I recently joined the group and was very reluctant on chimming in with the group, didn't know anybody. I finally posted a question about risers and man was I surprised at the response I got. Everyone seemed to have my best intrest in mind and that made me feel very comfortable, being Im not the most out going person

    The bike is going thru a broker. The reserve is at $15,000.00 that's dollars !! The bike is nice but come on..... this is the 2nd time it has been listed on Ebay, the first time it only had a bid of just over 8000.00 before it closed. The broker said they had a lot of calls and hits on the bike. Yes but $15000.00 ? Buy a new 2008 for that and be happy I am ! BREEZE

    pix looks like my would be a lot more comfy!! Took a min to understand that last line...whew ! Hey but I got what you asking. Yes mam those are standard seats and my wife loves them. BREEZE

    This works really well for me...use suran wrap press and seal. Cut the desired length and apply over dash and speakers, do the same for rear speakers. When you are finished washing your scoot remove the wrap and just wipe off. Water preasure want hurt the press and seal and saves your electronics. Oh you can pay me later for that one. Breeze

    Oh I got to tell you the colors on the 2000 MM Venture are they wat to go...classy, classic, clean, and kooool ! But Im sure you will find the right color to match you and your bikes personality. BREEZE

    AMEN....Eck ! Been there and one thing for sure, no one is going to run off the road in a curve... never found a curve. Straight flat and .........well the bulls do stink a bit. BREEZE

    I know this might be a hard decession now, but after a few hundred miles on a RSV and you will love the bike. I went from a V Star to the RSV and have never given a secs thought about it. I have logged over 10000 miles in just a few short months and wish I had more time (which means more funds) to ride. It performs wonderful.... Go on you know you want to get it. This bike was built for the open road and this bike was built for me. BREEZE

    Yes I have a riding season. It started when I bought the bike one sunny friday evening around 4:00 PM (what a day !) and it goes to..to.......uh come to think of it,, it hasn't stopped, and thats been a couple years ago. Weather isn't a reason not to ride, but a better reason to ride when no one else will, heck we get the road by ourselves. Short of a hurricane we ride. Have even rode in single digit weather. VentureRiders ride to live...and we live well. Hope all of you sunny days with a curve in the road and a smile on your face. BREEZE

    Hey Rick...this is what is happening to mine hard right and the cables bind.... I had to reroute my cables and we gooooood to go. Great info guys !!! Thanks for the help and advise.. The Breeze
