  1. I need a new battery. What is a good deal? Do you really want to sell it?
  2. I have two of these and have been very happy with them.
  3. If there is still room I would like to be added to the list. Thanks
  4. I'm with Don, I even go as far a calling them and talking to someone to verify if they are legit. Good Luck
  5. I could not agree with you more. Being the Scoutmaster of our local Boy Scout Troop I have learned this lesson. After a few years with some cheap tents with paid a little extra last year for some quality tents. When the going gets tough, and it will eventually, you want to have a tent that will stand up to the weather.
  6. I work in IT and we are taking this threat very seriously. We really have no choice. I could not even guess how many hours we have devoted to this. Even though we are running updated virus software we will never assume that is will stop the threat. It is funny how every time there is a virus threat there is discussion on how much better Linux and the Mac operating systems are. When is comes to being immune to viruses I don't think it's a reflection of how much better the operating system is but more a reflection of market share. The market is clearly PC/Windows so that is where the effort goes when it comes to viruses. I am not necessarily a proponent of one over the other. If I could run all of our business applications on Mac or Linux box then I would but we are not even close to that yet. Even if this is a hoax, I don't think that any time spent being prepared for it is a waste.
  7. I am a little over an hour south from you and I have a carbtune. I would be willing to let you use if you need it. I have not used it yet and it came with the RSV when I bought it in the Fall. I you want to use it let me know and we can figure out someway to get it to you. Doug
  8. Thanks Joe, the only credit I can take is for owning the bike. The previous owner gets the credit for the paint job. Doug
  9. Here is a picture of mine.
  10. Small world indeed. My daughter danced with Lise for a few years but that has been many years ago. About the Scouts, I am not really sure what I had in mind to be honest. I was thinking of some kind of promotional video that could double as a video that the parents would like to have as a keepsake and would willing to purchase. I could also play the video during recruiting efforts as well. I am planning a joint camp-out in June with a inner city troop from the west end of Louisville to teach diversity to the boys and was just thinking that it would be neat to have some good quality video from the camp-out. But again, we really do not have a lot of funds so I would need to get creative to figure out how to pay for it. Doug
  11. You do great work. I will keep you in mind if I ever need any of your services. I sure would like to do something with my boy scout troop but our funds are tight.
  12. As long as I can keep that weekend open I'm in.
  13. I'm in IT as well and it was my job several years ago to implement our A/V solution and we went with TrendMicro. We also have NeatSuite license like Buddyrich and have it running on all PC's, File Servers and Email servers. We have been using it now for 6 years and we are very happy with it. Even though we have strong protection with our firewall, it was critical that we also have strong A/V protection inside the firewall as well. It may be different in your situation, but for us, it was necessary that we had one of the top players in A/V on our PC's inside the firewall. We need to be protected from attacks both inside and outside our firewall. You never know when a salesman stops in and plugs in their infected PC into our network. Good luck
  14. That was great! thanks for sharing. By the way, I picked up an RSV last fall and am always looking for local folks to ride with. If you guys ever plan any RSV M&E's either local or regional give me a yell. I live just up I65 but work in Louisville. Doug
  15. Hairman, i have been there both as a boy and adult. Took my kids there about 3 years ago and it really is something for a younger crowd. I remember going there as a boy and was in awe when the gun fight started. The place had a fire several years ago and i think it lost some of it authentic charm.
  16. As well as 1080p I have been told by knowledgeable people that you should look for a contrast ratio of 3,000 to 1 minimum.
  17. Check into Sunbrella. It is what a lot of manufacturers use for pop-up campers and awnings. Check out http://www.sunbrella.com.
  18. Thanks for the links. That looks like a really nice ride.
  19. Glad to hear you had a good ride. Something came up on Saturday and I was unable to contact you. Is there anyway you could post your route? I would be interested in seeing if it would be a route for a local club ride. Thanks.
  20. So what time on Saturday? I have a full schedule in the morning but may be able to get away in the late afternoon.
