  1. to quiet mine down, I cleand the rotors with some brake parts cleaner... Make sure to rotate the front tire to clean the rotor all the way around. It worked for me.....
  2. You may want to re-read the manual. IIRC 0-7 PSI is for the forks and 0-50 is for the rear shock. If you put air in the forks, make sure you put the SAME pressure in both of them. Personally, I run 0 PSI in the forks and 50 PSI in the rear shock.
  3. I am just amazed that the carburetter motor passes the EPA Tier II Motorcycle Emissions Standard that came into effect for the 2010 model year. Cassette deck and all.

  5. Here in Virginia USA, the law states that the passing lamps can be on with low beam but must be off with high beam....... BUT with the proper switching anything is possiable.... BUT I must make it pass the annual vehicle inspection..........
  6. there are people here that have had problems with ground loops in their electrical systems. So why risk adding a ground loop??????? Ground where the battery gounds and 99.999999999999999999999999% of the time you will NOT intorduce a ground loop.

  9. I ran mine to the point the black battery cable connects to the bike. It is important to keep from introducing ground loops in vehicles.
  10. are you sure you pulled all the fuses to isolate all circuits. IIRC there are two fues blocks on the RSV. Is there any accssories on the bike?????? Check them FIRST!!!!!

  13. Probally not.... it is a small block and Tim the Tool Man Taylor needs more power than it can provide. It would have to be able to flash cook a watter buffalo in nine seconds flat for Tim to be happy........

  21. If you install the "Load equalizers" your auto cancel still works. the "load equalizers" are just high wattage resistors that reproduce the current draw that the incandescent lamps had. Look at custom dynamics' Universal 7.5 Ohm Metric Turn Signal Load Equalizer w/ connectors at THIS URL

Look for 4440, 4460 H4460 or 4456 lamps in the online catalogs..... but they cost about $30 each........
