RSV eyebrow....two pieces of chrome that are on the front fairing. They are beside the light and if you have driving lights they look like eyebrows.

Pretty sure that was bigbikeparts that it was that price. I got one for a friend here in town at that great price last year as well. It seems cruiser has raised it a little since taking over.

That is gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous! Thats a stock color, I am sure I have seen it before. Man that thing is sweet and in good shape it seems. 91-black/grey and graceful maroon 92/93-two tone blue and black/grey (europe) -

Mostly she has to remember to stand up on the opposite side the bike is going down. Then just walk off. Getting the leg out will happen naturally if the passenger stands up. Stuff happens fast....

Its always with mixed feelings when I read these. One, I am sure glad you are on the mend..no mistaking that! The other, its too bad it had to happen at all! Congrats on "getting the girl"! And she still wants you to ride!! Better yet.

When we went to Disney this spring we flew from Mpl/StP. The airlines asked for passport to fly to Orlando. So go figure. So do some dont. If you have it carry it as it makes things a whole lot easier.

Wayne Dig out the map and have a close look at the route I suggested. It would be a bit out of the way to get back north a little to higway 8. But its really not that far I think. The way I put down takes you over the north side of Lake Michigan like someone else mentioned. Then you can see your friends in the twin cities. The tolls arent really wallet killers..I'm gonna guess around a max of 6 bucks each bike. Thats presuming they raised the price since we were on them last (3years ago). The real problem is the traffic. If you like semis on your butt at 70 mph and I do mean on your butt...then go through Chicago. Oy ya and bumper to bumper traffic!

Try neosho.trailers http://www.neoshotrailers.com/price_sheet.html You will have to phone them at the toll free number to see if the cooler mount will fit your frame. As far as a system that does both....cant help....I dont think Ive seen one yet. Squidly has a rack that mounts on the hitch in the classified section. If the Squid made it you can be sure it will be quality! You hitch would need to be the type that has the insert bar...or square removable one.....ya get what Im trying to spit out! lol

They are a bear arent they! If you do nothing you will get used to it after a bit. There are two things you can do to solve the slow speed handling. One is get some levelling links- these raise the back by an inch or so and change the rake a little and from what folks say are an amazing differance. (I am adding these next spring). The other is to get a narrower front tire. This also changes slow speed handling. Some have even done both..but most are satisfied doing one or the other. Also and I am serious...teach the boss how to get off if the bike is going over! Like most bikers, and I am sure I dont need to say this....but one day you will drop it. Do a search here for levelling links or go the diamondr.accessorie site. They sell them. Some guys can make em cheap. Search for tires and you will find lots of info on the narrower tire.

Good idea avoiding Chicago Wayne. However if you ever feel the need for the pure excitement of absolute chaos then go that way! It is the most excitement you can get for a couple bucks toll fees! We did that going to Southbend a couple years ago, never again! The route I will suggest may be a bit longer time wise but its gotta be nicer riding. Just north a little of Mpl/StP is a highway 8. Take that east to highway 2. Take highway 2 east to St.Ignace. Then if you must have interstate take highway 75 south all the way to Flint Mich. hang a east on highway 69 and go to Sarnia crossing. This turns into the infamous 400series....402 to 401 Kitchner/Waterloo. We (if we go and are trying hard to) will be going highway 2 pretty much the whole way to St.Ignace. Gotta stop and see Gary and Ann on the way!

:rotf:I think I might have kissed her for that!!

I'm with you Redneck. The only thing I would like to see is a 10 year passport for us like you have. Particularly for adults past a certain age. We dont change that much. Its hard to have a friendly border....criminals cross from both sides at will. We have been spoiled for many years.

Dont know about bikes having this problem but.....a co-worker a couple of years ago had her cruise set on her car. Winter time going up hill car slowed as one would expect and cruise accelerated as one would expect and the tires didnt hold as one would expect! She ended up...upside down in the ditch! Didnt get hurt but sure did in her car and scared the poop outta her! Bike might do that if it suddenly slows in water...rear tire might slip in the water sending bike aswerving....waddya thing?

My 2cts....a 2007 should not have the shakes at any speed! A dealer or Yamaha saying thats normal well.....something is wrong there Yogi. Any time I had a shake it was because of wrong tire pressure, loose steering head or cause the kid on the back was rockin to the music! Thats not right 6 tires total and she still shakes a little??? Man that would make me a little touchy! It didnt do it before and shouldnt do it now. Is the rear end lined up right? God...alll the other ideas have been given.

I have also heard back from Klaus...he has not had any problems with his hitch. Looks like I will order two or them....one that will fit for sure on the camper and maybe modify the other for the piggybacker. Thanks for the imput guys!
