Its a sad day sold my bike and he is comeing to get it today .It was realy starting to hurt when ridding too much bull rideing for to many years took its toll on me but it was fun .I just wanted to say thanks to all for all the help this site has been to me Nick:backinmyday:

basically this is the first add on to my RSTD. finally decided on the Barons slash cut's. The bike is still stock, but I guess that's the fun of customizing it. Have to start somewhere I guess. I hope that they aren't too loud!

I've been meaning to tell you.....thanks. I may not always agree with your posts but you sign off's (for lack of a better word) are really witty and I get a bang out of reading them. Wish I had your talent. Now don't go gettin' a big head or anything, just wanted to let you know that it's always fun to read them and that it's nice when someone can make us smile!!

My son traded his Honda VTX 1800 for this Friday. I rode it yesterday. Wow this thing is fast and really likes the curves, but I don't like the bent over ride with the head back. Well we had such a good time last weekend a few of us went back to Deadwood this weekend. We had a horse race on the merry-go-round. Not sure who one but we did have fun. It was Saltydog, KromeRose, ADC, Muffinman and myself. Margaret

I will be camping at the Cabbage Patch on Feb 27th to March 3rd for the beginning of bike week if anyone would like to meet up or have a brewski let me know I will give my cell #. Camping out there is fun, at night I like to get a nice fire going and most of the other bikers are very friendly.

For almost a month now, we have been running 15 to 20 degrees below normal. Our normal temp for this time of year is around 53 degrees, right now it is 33 degrees. If this keeps up, this is going to be a miserable winter. We did have a couple of days around Thanksgiving that got up to normal and did get in a couple days of short rides, but this is not fun at all. If I was riding I could fill the bike up for about $7 instead of almost $20. RandyA

Janets ( Lil Tex ) knee surgery went well, it was a very long day, but she is home. Hopefully this will be the last that she has to go through. She has a brace from her hip to the top of her foot, and trying to learn to use crutches is always fun, but she`s getting it... plenty of pain meds, stay off her feet for a few days and all should be good.. Please keep her in your prayers!! Kreg

Went to a lunch meeting with a pastor friend. When I pulled into the parking lot at the taco shop, there was a RSMV sitting there - mirror image of mine. The pastor stepped out of the restaurant with a huge smile on his face. The bike was his! He traded his 800 Suzuki on a 2003 RSMV with only 12,000 miles. About a month ago, I invited his wife to try out the pillion on my Venture - now look what happened! Guess the fun is infectious. I told him about this great site and figure he will join pretty quickly. Reckon you guys can stand another Baptist preacher? Lynn
