I sent a PM to a few of you and decided that a thread may work just as well. Becky and I are going to the Toronto Bike show next Saturday, and Motorcycle Tom and Amy are riding up with us. We plan on leaving here around 9:30 and should be in Toronto around noon depending on whether we meet up with anybody on the way. Sure would be great to meet up with you fellows! Maybe we could have a mini M&E someplace for dinner as we are going home in the evening. Let's get together! PS any of you WNY'ers going let me know so we can caravan up...

Passed a 2000 Millennium model about 1:30 PM , he was headed west on County road 442 while I was headed east. Anybody here? If you ae local I would like to meet you maybe for a ride.

Hello Everyone: My work took me to Ogallala NE, again recently. I was finally able to meet VR member dludke. Our schedules never allowed us to meet during the riding season this year. I sure appreciate this site!! I have made so many nice friends such as Doug on this site. Take care everyone.

Mollie and I are heading down to the rally this Saturday morning. Will stop for breakfast at our usual place. The Original Mexican Cafe close to the strand. If anyone wants to meet and ride down or meet there, come on down. Thinking about 9am.

Congratulations to our very own " Wildhair ". Lowell is getting together with his first wife after many years apart. She is the Mother of his kids and he is happy as can be. He also informed me he will be at our Leakey,Tx meet next month with her. He's in Oklahoma moving her to Springfield with him.

I posted this up in meet and eats and here to see what happens. 9147.1 http://www.barbermuseum.org/admission.php thought i'd post this up and see if any out there wants to come over to barber's and have a little fun on oct 7th, 8th, or 9th. if so i'll look around for a motel with a good rate and post it up for ya'll. i hope to camp out at lest 1 night with my grandson and watch a few races and wander around and look at all the folk at the swap meet. it's gotten pretty big now with several thousand bikes and all kinds of parts. i found a venture owners manual last yr and got it for $3. let me know soon, i'll try to set up a place to meet and eat some good food too.

I live in the hampton rhoads area of VA and I was curious if there was anyone else with a venture that live around this area that would possibly want to meet up and ride sometime? Or if there were goin to be any rides anywhere near here. I looked on the calender and saw the meet and eat in greensboro and as of now am not sure if I would be wanting to drive that far yet, but who knows by that time things may have changed. Thanks everyone for your help and support, I appreciate all of you and the help you give.

Wondering if anyone from the Atlanta area or the Birmingham area is going to Memphis on Oct 1, for the Ride to St. Jude. We will be leaving around 4:00 am from Newnan, and we could meet up at the McDonalds at exit 11 on I 20. We would be there at about 4:30-4:45. If anyon is going from Birmingham area we could meet at the Pilot truck stop on Hwy 78, just off of 20/59.

We will be in the Dandridge area Aug. 22th through the 26th, we will be staying in a cabin at Big Ridge State Park... we will be availabe for Dinner or IceCream the 24th,25th if any one wants to meet up. Hello Everyone: I hope all is well? Patrolman46 and I are making a 5 hour run today to Sturgis. Staying overnight in Sturgis at a local residence. Breakfast with some A.B.A.T.E buddies in the morning and riding back tomorrow. I know BJ66 and TX2Sturgis are there, and it appears Annie is also in the area . I would still like to meet other VR members. Give us a call 308-765-0167. Otherwise my wonderful wife and I hope to travel back to Sturgis on the 11th staying until Sunday the 14th. As I was leaving the UPS store this afternoon, I spotted a 1st Gen pulling in an adjacent parking lot. I got there in time to meet Mike, who had not long ago rescued an 85 VR. It had been sitting out in the weather for a number of years. He has it LOOKING GOOD!!! HE said he has been a "guest" here and is considering joining. Good to meet you, Mike!!! Well me and Mrs Bubber made it home last night but I was unable to post then. Thanks to Don I am back up in running. Thanks to all that attended the Cody Rally but a big thanks go to the organizers. They made it look seamless and that is a massive feat. Thanks guys and gals! Good to see friends made at Pork in the Pines. and great to meet up with new and future friends. What a great time I had meeting and yakking with all of you. Great rides, new friends, great food, what else could a guy want or need? Oh ya Thanks to the people of Cody, very nice people and always willing to help. Thanks Tom for leading the way up to Yellowstone, Chief Joesph Hy Way and Bear-tooth Pass. We don't have that kind of riding in Minnesota. What great rides and great company. Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet up with OB-1 on the way out or on the way back, we will meet up again my friend. Wow the cooks or chiefs were fantastic. another great meal had by all. Two or three of us couples are going to be in Davis/Canaan Valley West Virginia from the 4th of September til the 10th of September and will be riding the area of about a 100 mile radius. Thought if anyone lived in that neck of the woods maybe we could do a ride or a meet and eat one day. Keep us in mind and let me know if this might work out for someone. Rick

OK was just brain storming and was wondering if anyone is riding down to Vogel from the north like Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana or Michigan and would want to meet up in route and ride down together. Would love to meet up so let me know. Also I am camping and the site I have reserved at this point in time allows 2 tents so if anyone wants to share a site just let me know. If people are coming from north of me they can stay at the house and we can leave from here OR I will probably ride down towards the louisville area and spend the night then I can meet up with people. the next day. If you are riding down just throw out some ideas of a meeting place Rick

We are heading out in the morning at 4AM going to the Black Hills for two days and then off to Cody for the week. :banana::banana: Yah Hoo! We are hoping to meet up with OB-1 in Sundance WY. before heading west. Can't wait to meet up with all of you and do some riding in the mountains. Dang I feel like a kid the night before Christmas. :rotf:

Gonna have a little get together on 4th of July weekend at my house. BoomerCPO has a couple tires to change and squid and sweetnothing will be comming. Anyone that doesn't have plans on the 2nd of July is welcome to come on over. Beth said she plans on haveing BQ.

Well the time has come I am looking at this sat the 2nd of july for my saddlesore ride. I will be leaving Traverse City Mi by 5 am and should reach Crittendon Ky around 2 pm where I will be turning around and heading back to TC. My question, is there anyone around that area that could meet me at the gas station and sign my paperwork for my turn a round witness. It should be about 2 figure I could text whoever from my last stop to give you about a 2 hour notice. Please let me know asap and thanks in advance

Hello: We had an enjoyable day in Western Nebraska today. Graderman was in town to pick up his new 2008 (No Miles) from its first service at Celli's Cycle. I had a chance to meet his wonderful wife "Babe". Tinkered on our scooters some. My Grandson and I rode along with Dan on his way home, before turning back. Nice Day!!!!!!!!

i want to thank all that attended for making this meet a total success. i knew going in that this would be my last meet, and it was the best one ever. had many surprises like b2 dad bringing aussie annie, and quick step. jason, b2 mom and dads son, who is a b2 bomber pilot, and one of my hero's, also showed up with his family. my good friend la was there and looking great. i could go on and on about all my close friends that were present, and many new folks i met. you all made this weekend one of my best ever, and for that i thank you. i hope everyone had a great time, and the weather was great. yes i trailered my bike, and the trailer is now for sale. what a ride it has been. bill
