WE passed a couple dozen today but didn't know about it till we got home around 8:00 pm tonight. Only thing on my mind was getting home left Slidell LA this morning went over the Ponchatrain bridge to New Orleans around towards Houma up to Lafayette hit I-49 and hammered down home well over 500 miles today. Bob that engine was a Fairbanks Morse not running condition of course but probably wouldn't have paid it second thought if you hadn't showed me those others. We found all kinds of old targets on our trip lots of things a person will just drive by without any appreciation. Thanks to this game those small things can make a trip even more enjoyable especially when your getting tired or bored and one pops up. Will post some pics when we get some feeling back in our posterior.

Maybe you should stick to the Ice Cream parlor then. -
Put my name under Radian's then we can meet & eat an swap it.

Ditto did you happen to read his arrogant rant under the video he needs busted.

But you are actually admitting to knowing and hanging around with KIC??????? If he is crazy enough to admit that he ought to fit right in.

From what Iam seeing in pics of first gen dash the visor I have pictured in my mind wouldn't need to be Transition which I think would be hard to find and expensive. A dark piece of lexan or whatever they make bug shields out of shape to fit the top of the dash and over hang your gauges held on with maybe a screw on each side and velcro on top. Although I'm not sure what kind of clearance you have in this area for handlebar travel.

Not yet anyway Check everything mentioned first and the cb as its own on and off even with it on everything else still works.
-
I guess I'm old and senile but why couldn't you get BuddyRich to make a visor from a piece of tinted lexan or what ever it is he makes his Knee wind blockers out of. But what do I know I ride a 2nd gen without the glare. If not Buddy then the great inventor should be able to come up with something. Could fold down on the sides a bit too from what I looked at on some of those antique Photos.

:bang head: Happens every time I clean the bike up. Still planning on being there by Sunday evening if the rain doesn't slow us down to bad. Should have some nice clean roads for riding.

You sure the cb is not on. Picked my bike up from shop one day and thought they had jacked up mine was getting some wierd sounds pulled over to get the owners man out to reset my stations and finally noticed the little red light for cb was on.

Just curious have you had a tire replaced or the rear wheel off for any reason if so was the proper alignment procedure done when it was reinstalled. Your not looking at the recess in the axle thinking that's the end of it are you.

As i was cleaning the bike today I pulled out a very small hose that is connected to the water pump but was not connected to anything on the other end. It's shown on page 5-14 of the manual connected to the pump is this a weep hole for the seal or should it be connected somewhere else. I just put it back down beside the frame where it was.

What kinda of tires you running on that bike must have a heck of load rating. Wondered when the hammer time would start. Just cant figure out when JB had time for pic taken.
