I bought the cheapest J&M sierra carries and it works well, next one will be the midrange one just for a little more fidelity.

I think it should count (not in uniform may be a sticky point) but I think you should get extra points for the LEO being a biker. I found out that they frown upon you taking pictures of the prisions around here to the point they will ask to see your camera.

I have done that on a few older dirt bikes, dont know how well it would work on newer ones.

I got mine from New Enough (motorcyclegear.com) and I belive they give a VR discount too. I got small strap on bag just because of the bib I have on my bike.

If you use site:craigslist.org it should limit it the search to only Craigslist. I am at a loss you would figure we would both get the same results.

My Dad's boss ran Nascar in the early years best he ever did at Talladega was 24th. I usally don't see too many bikes at the races I know I would not take mine too much traffic.

The 50 was unallocated we had just picked it up, what you don't see is another 50 two studebaker pickups etc....I think we had around a dozen cars in the yard. I know you may be a redneck if.......

I feel cheated now, both RSV's I have owned have had the occasional popping on a hard decel and I had couple of the the local Venture Owners plus the PO of one of the bikes tell me it was normal on an RSV. I can equate one to the drilled out RK mufflers, I will have to dig into the new one to see why it does it. The PO gave me all the maint receipts, however I did not see any carb synchs listed so I think that may be the culprit.

I gave up and just put it on the left front fork. Most Navy and Air Force bases no longer require stickers but there are still ones that do. I think Army and Coast Guard still require them.

What is the diffrence in the AIS pop/backfire you get and when you have a real problem such as bad gas, vacum leak etc...

I think that is what happend to me I had just got too comfortable on the bike and was not as vigilant as I should have been.

I have a J&M Mic and it comes with the extra wire you have to splice into the PTT switch on the bike.

I usally don't either and should been better prepared for the temp to go up. I think the sunburn (which stops where my gloves were) is payback for not bringing my summer jacket.
