I listed my wifes 1999 Honda VT750CD2 on Thursday night. I had 15 calls on it and the first one to come look at it took it home today I had 1 offer to swap for a 1984 Corvette and several lowballers , I told not to bother me. You can weed out the tire kickers by telling them to bring cash for a test ride. I have One more bike listed (1998 Honda VT1100T) with several scheduled to look early in the week. Sure hope it sells fast too, I'd love to have the floor space back.

You, your bike with a classic car at least 30 years old. I guess the one it's next to in the garage won't count eh ? It is 42 years old.

If ya had to get rid of VR , you picked a real nice replacement.

I have bought from them several times. Good dealer. Take a look at the forums, very helpful group of people on there.

Enjoy the new position. CONGRATS !!

Thanks, Just shoot me a pm if you come across a cab. You forgot to add, POTHOLE season I must look like a drunk, driving down the road the way I'm swerving to miss the tire eating holes in our roads.

It can be helpful if you find a strain that helps relieve your symptoms. I have several friends that swear by it, to treat their chronic pain. A competent caregiver should be able to recommend some strains that will help.

I think a lot of those ratings were un-deserved. I have 2009 Chrysler Sebring and a 2009 Jeep Liberty. Neither one has been back to the dealer for anything except scheduled maintenance. If I were to have listened to all the ratings, they should both be in the scrap heap already! As for first year models. That's been 50/50 the first was a 1984 Daytona Turbo Z that had the trans self destruct on I-75 @ 90mph with only 1350 miles, got it fixed and never had another problem with it. The 2nd was a 1st year 1994 Ram 2500 4x4 , nothing ever broke unless I wore it out or broke it, until I sold it with 275,000 miles and 8 years.

Looks like you have it handled. Wish I had a cab on my tractor. I blow the snow and I wear a lot of it. I you see a Gravely 4 wheel tractor cab for sale let me know. There are lots of old Gravely's in upstate NY.

:rotf::rotf::rotf: You don't actually think there's any gold in fort knox, Do You ? There were several senators and congressman that tried to get an audit done 5-6 years ago, of the gold reserves, the fed flat out told them NO. What China didn't get, has been pillaged. Our currency is worth no more that the paper it's written on!

Patriot Guard Riders are going to be in a big demand now

Charlie Sheen 47, is all over the news because he's a celebrity drug addict. ( frankly, I'm sick of hearing about him) Meanwhile, Kristopher J. Gould, 25, Andrew Wilfahrt 31, Brian Tabada 21, Rudolph Hizon 22, Chauncy Mays 25 are all soldiers who gave their lives this week with no media mention. Honor THEM by re-posting this. -
Nice work

Well I'll tell ya one thing... I will be polite to everyone I meet at a VR event, seems there will be more fire power there, than most police departments have. Should be the safest place around!

I know of 2 waterfalls within a 20 minute ride, if only the weather would play nice. I don't think that is gonna happen till sometime next week

Not even if it were on my wheel barrow!

That is what the WBC idiots want. You go there and threaten them and they sue you, that's how they finance themselves. The PGR has found the most effective means of making them a non-issue. I am surprised nobody has taken more drastic measures against them yet. I have faced off against those disgusting people many times,,,they make me sick. Too bad the the families must endure this abuse. Joe, If you go to http://www.patriotguard.org/ you can sign up and find out about missions in your area. You only need to show up with your 3x5 flag and a desire to do the RIGHT THING, pay Honor and Respect to our fallen hero's. -
What are the odds of catching this on video?
ragtop69gs replied to helomech's topic in Watering Hole
I.ve had deer do that to me while I was on the snowmobile but, never on the bike. I did hit one deer in Red Lodge last summer, happened so fast I didn't have time to do much. We got lucky, a little damage to the bike but we were ok. The video sure looks real to me. -

I was diggin through the old posts and found this. I thought it was worth another look for all us new people on here. -
The company I retired from blocked access to the internet, we had e-mail. Their policy was, you can't control what comes in, so you could open anything. Trouble started when you would forward anything that violated the ethical policy in place. I saw several people lose their job over some stupid e-mail they forwarded.
