  1. Coworker has a 1800 wing with the avon cobra got about 5000-6000 miles on them both are cupping, the rear badly. He checks the pressures religously, trying to get the rep to do something about it. When he called the number for them they wanted to know where he got it (the #) at.They told him he needed to talk to people who sold him the tires.:doh:Heck they're the ones that gave him the # to start with.:bang head:He's allready fed up with them.

  6. :no-no-no::no-no-no::no-no-no:
  7. Seems to me it would have to go on a case by case deal. If they list something for sale, they shouldn't have a few hundred of them, a personal sale would only have a couple, unless they are a dealer. Put a sales counter on new listings.
  8. Glad ya'll made it home safe. That wind was brutal at times. Glad to have met you and you're wife, hope to see ya'll again down the road.

Can't wait till next year.

Told him to pull back apart and make sure he got drive shaft in yoke,done, says the engine running put in gear let out on clutch can hear noise in rear of engine like something turning but driveshaft nor yoke is turning. What does he need to do? Any suggestions?:confused24:Thanks in advance.

  15. Wayne, I'll tell you some of the other side of trucking to help you decide. 1. DOT always looking over your shoulder. The game is you get away with as much as possible, they try their best to catch you. 3. Bad food, weight gain from always sitting, some health issuses,etc. 4. Regular sleep ain't happening, get what ya can when ya can. 5. Never plan anything with wife or family till ya pull in the driveway. 6. Wife will have to take care of anything that comes up, Never take home problems with you on the road. To much time to think, will drive ya crazy. Just a few things to think about

  17. 4x so far,upper and lower GI. Only 45, found and removed 5 polyps last time. Don't mind the prep anymore it's just a thing. 18. Okay, 2nd & 3rd gear will do it. carb sync was done awhile back. This just started a couple weeks ago about the same time my wife said she heard a sound like something was loose when hit a bump. Checked all bolts,nuts, etc everything was tight, rear shock still holding 38#.I do need to take by dealer to have bike checked over, I reckon, just hate to waste my money if they don't find the problem
  19. If we didn't have the bike to get away from it all. We would probably either be divorced or one of us would be in jail for murder:duck:. In twenty years of marriage, we never took a vac. never took time off, just work. Now we love to get away,the friends, and the relief from stress it gives us.
  20. Dang, hope things get better:thumbsup2:, just hope they don't get any worse.
  21. I have a vibration when going around 30-35 mph feels like the drive shaft has a shutter or the u-joint. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Prayers are still going out to ya both.Just remember losing the bike is just one less thing to worry about right now, ya'll have bigger things to worry with.The bike can be replaced later, by then Yamaha might actually improve on it.
