  1. That about what I run. Approximately 40mph on every tank and I always seem to put just under 5 gal of fuel in at each stop. This is a mix of short highway and city driving.
  2. When will your trike arrive. I have a date of July 12 when you are to be in portland. I am about 5.5 hrs from Tigard. That may be better as the other name I received that would hold the trailer is 1.5 hours south of Portland and was told that they are not able to transport the trailer. Let me know what Matt thinks and how long he will hold it. I am going to Freebirds MD so I will deliver prior to or after returning from that trip. Thanks, Wayde
  3. Norm will be bringing me the trailer first part of next month and will be looking forward to meeting him and take care Annie's trailer. What I need to know is where in Portland the trailer needs to be and if any one wants to share the last leg. I can get it to portland over a weekend no problem but didn't want to leave anyone out if they were interested in be part of this adventure. Thanks, Wayde:)
  4. I would like 1 of the 3.5 and one 5.75. Thanks, Wayde

  6. I am in the Spokane area and could keep it at my place until I head to the Seattle or Portland area or until I can meet upt with someone who can make the final run. Let me know. My number is in the profile!!! Wayde
  7. I can get a couple of plates together from WA.
  8. I have very similar lights on my RSV as additional lights. They work great but the difference from high to low is not great. I have some 3 wire and 2 wires sets. They are about 1/2" wide, ~5" long and about 1" deep. I don't know if I purchase from the above ebayer as I have had them over a year. The shipping seams high (8.35 for my location) but does offer combined shipping (quantity of 2-8 shipping only increase .25). Good luck
  9. Camping, Shooting, Driving, Wrenching, ect.............................
  10. Me too please w.burnett@hotmail.com Thanks!!!!!
  11. BIG DEAL in the last 10 days we have had over 25" of snow. 11 days ago I rode the bike on a PGR mission. Now its put to bed.
  12. Try Hagon shocks, They make one similar to the works with a lot less sticker shock (so to speek) $399 delivered. 760-308-8124
  13. I rode last saturday at a PGRr event. Sunday had snow and now we have had over 18" of snow this week. Guess I will have to wait now until spring. Last year I rode in Dec and January. What a difference from last year.
  14. I can see this device being helpful in some of the newly designed pump handles. They have a spring loaded gizmo that must be compressed to allow the pump to function. With out the "McCuff" you have to use both hand to fill up... one to hold the handle and one to compress the spring on the nozzle. PITA but when you need gas..........
  15. I bought a cheap one the day before for $39.99 with free shipping from http://www.1saleaday.com/ At that price I got it for a spare or for a gift for one of my kids.
  16. Bad drivers: Traveling in the left hand lane indefinitely Never using a turn signal turning left into the right lane and visa versa Traveling in the left hand land like a box turtle I could go on and on and on......... too many pet peeves
  17. My shock just dump all oil around 34K Try Hagon Shocks $399 delivered. (Search previous threads) they are similar to works with some adjustability
  18. I was having similar issues shifting and it ended up being a loose shifter pivot bolt. tightened it up and all is well 1500 miles later.
  19. Part number from Hagon in post #1 M62097 is the one quoted from Hagon.
  20. According to Billy Hamill, They are a European company that make these shocks for the Yamaha in Europe. The did ask about weight and passenger when I tried to order and they do have an upgraded spring for heavier loads. I was impressed enough to order but their terminology mistakenly sent the wrong shock for the 2nd gen. Call and check it out and good luck.
  21. I was looking for another rear shock for the bike and have found that Hagon Shocks make on for our bikes. They had some inventory and numbering issues so I did not end up with one but will order one next time I need to replace mine. They appear to be similar to the Works shock (coilover) and their price is $399. and I believe that is delivered. They were very nice to work with even with the part mix up. Here is his response after receiving my old shock. As I said, I do not have it on my bike so I can not report on it ride quality but these are also rebuildable. "I have measured your shock and confirmed we have an application for your Royal Star Venture.Part # is M62097.The length is 256mm/12mm x30mm top mount/12mmx37mm lower fork fitting. We have ordered one for our stock now."
