Hey Charlie, just ask al gore, that -28c is all due to global warming!

Somebody posted about this a few weeks ago with this site link. Do you have to have the passport first or will this be available as a stand alone? Can I get it without renewing my old passport? Spend 20 bucks instead of $100? OOPS, Guess I should have read that more closely first!

Bordellos?!? Now that's my idea of a run!!!

I don't think that even a moderator can do that, Brad. I believe all they can do is delete it and let you start over. Don't ask me how I know!

PayPal done, Don. Thanks again!!!

Another way is to use Devcon PlasticWelder (a two part epoxy) combined with fiberglass cloth. That worked very well when I was repairing the 86 after the Dragon slew it!

Totally understood, Don!

Hmmmmm I wonder if Goldie wants another ride? Maybe I should call and offer.

I'll take one too, Don! I was also wondering if there is one sized between this and the really large one that I have seen.

So, if the map works great, where is it? I'm looking at your post and can't see it! Where you been?

No, this doesn't have to do with the weather in NYC! This is a great gag that involved a couple hundred people. It would have been eerie to see. Click here: Frozen

Try this link, Scott. Sorry, but I forgot about this thread! I guess we can't use that bulb on a 1st gen, ours are 1157s.

You don't have to split the fairing, JB,just pull the left panel off and it's all right there. As I told you, my cb doesn't come thru the speakers either, although it works perfectly in my helmet!?!?! I know that all the plugs are in place and have dielectric grease on them. -
Hey! I'm a Shriner! And was a Shrine Clown at that, and you dare to post that video on this site?! Well all that I can say to you dray is.............. GOOD JOB, DUDE! Shriners have a lot of fun and do even more great things! In a way it was Ray Stevens that got me back into riding. After a 20 year hiatus a friend asked if I wanted to go to Nashville with his Gold Wing group to see R S, since his wife didn't want to go. Even though I would be riding btcih I said yes. After that ride thru the mountains I was once again hooked on two wheels. And it was a great show! How did you get that big Harley up in your room anyhow?!?! And now, so you yankies can understand us crackers a little better: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnZ8VnTa6Sw&feature=related]YouTube - I'm My Own Grandpa by Ray Stevens[/ame]

I got this email today and did Snope this myself and Snopes does concur. (I don't trust when an email says "Snopes says this is true.") Here is the link: Snopes I assume this would hold especailly true for the cruise control on our bikes! -----Original Mes------- You may have seen this before but a reminder never hurts! I wonder how many people know about this ~ A 36 year old female had an accident several weeks ago and totaled her car. A resident of Kilgore, Texas she was traveling between Gladewater & Kilgore. It was raining, though not excessively, when her car suddenly began to hydro-plane, and literally flew through the air. She was not seriously injured but very stunned at the sudden occurrence! When she explained to the highway patrolman what had happened he told her something that every driver should know - NEVER DRIVE IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR CRUISE CONTROL ON. She thought she was being cautious by setting the cruise control and maintaining a safe consistent speed in the rain. But the highway patrolman told her that if the cruise control is on when your car begins to hydro-plane and your tires lose contact with the pavement, your car will accelerate to a higher rate of speed and take off like an airplane. She told the patrolman that was exactly what had occurred. The patrolman said this warning should be listed, on the driver's seat sun-visor - NEVER USE THE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THE PAVEMENT IS WET OR ICY, along with the airbag warning. We tell our teenagers to set the cruise control and drive a safe speed - but we don't tell them to use the cruise control only when the pavement is dry. The only person the accident victim found, who knew this (besides the patrolman), was a man who had had a similar accident, totaled his car and sustained severe injuries. If you send this to 15 people and only one of them doesn't know about this, then it was all worth it. You might have saved a life. NOTE: Some vehicles (like the Toyota Sienna Limited XLE) will not allow you to set the cruise control when the windshield wipers are on.

After looking a little more closely at the pictures I see that Mini finally found a bike that she can reach the ground on!!! Now, I didn't enlarge all the pictures, but of the ones that I looked at, I saw lots of menus and drinks on the tables but no food at the restaraunt?!?!?!? That's not very VR.orgish!!

Tom, if you're going to be in Ouray, then you MUST ride out of town towards Silverton! You don't need to ride all the way (even though it's a great ride) but at least go to the top of the pass and back. And I dare you to ride the whole thing on the right side of the lane! It's awesome but riding in second position, I couldn't stay to the right more than a few seconds before I had to fall back in single file!!!

I rebuilt the slave cylinder in Aug of last year, So it is good. After riding about 450 miles this weekend, it seems a lot better. Assuming that over time any air will rise to the top of the system, it should disperse itself thru the return hole in the master, correct? I think I will try bleeding the master at the banjo bolt periodically. I like the idea of clamping the hose. I'll also try replacing the brass bushing and maybe the pushrod, as that whole set up seems loose. Loose enough that it's hard to keep the cruise set and I was wondering how to fix that as well. I was going to add a longer spring to push the lever back out.

That sure looks like a: Kollection of Krazy Krackers! Sorry I missed it!

I'll try to say this softly, Don, so it won't hurt too bad, but often in the summer, friends and I will ride out of the north Atlanta area up 68 to Telico plains, across the Cherohola to Deals gap for lunch and down 129 and home though the Nantahala Gorge! Great day ride from here! Maybe you neeed to coma to the Atl and hang with us a few days and we'll do some great riding. The guest room is always here! If you like Crockers, Joe, then you're in for a treat if Dale (the owner) is there. If he doesn't just up and do it, ask him to do a burn out for you. He'll light up the back wheel on his Crocker inside the museum and keep it burning almost the entire length of the building! And thats right down between rows of millions of dollars worth of clasic motorcycles!!! It's amazing to watch.

Dragonrider and I were talking about this this morning. A lot of members are putting a vr or -vr at the end of their eBay name so others will recognize them. That being said, go ahead and bid what you think they are worth. If I'm just kind of interested in something and see another member bidding, I won't go as high. But also check bikebandit.com and flatoutmotorcycles.com. A lot of stuff goes for big money on eBay but is still available new for less.

If Foggie's is like mine, that sweet spot that gets 28 is 90mph! >>>> It just settles right down and is almost non-effected by cross winds and turbulence! But you do pay the price in fuel!
