    works for me . Thats why I was wondering. To many highway signs here in NC that say exit so and so. I'll be on the look out. David. Ps just got baqclk from a ride tonight. Went by 5 or 6 signs like what i was talking about.

    Not sure if its still on site , but not long ago someone was posting up about the wind deflsctors. They were making them in different colors at work and selling them on this site. David

    Technicly he did say a snow plow but either works for me. Guess it's up to Mike. I'l be keeping an eye out for the next target. Looking forward to a reason to get out in the cold. Although not as cold here. David

    As for breaking the rear master cylinder when losening the bolt. I cant remember the size of the wrech but try until you figure out wich one it is, Just put an open end wrench on the master cylider wall just below the fill bolt and losen bolt with ratchet while maintaining pressure on master cylinder walls in opposite direction. Worked for me. found this out after reserching out how to rebuild the thing. Good luck and keep up uprwright. David

    Have to admit I'm one of todays non-vets. And yes this movie moved and touched my heart. I had no idea what our military folks go through. My hat is of to you all. Thanks for all you did, do and will do. My freedoms depended and still depends on peaple like you all. Forever gratfull, David

    there was 7 or 8 of us at the sleeperhawk household watching this movie and I'm not ashamed to say I cried. Sitting along aside a few others who did too. Great movie and well done by all involved. If you haven't seen this you should. David

    Ok not taking either side cause I've been young and had the bump in the trunk type of car myself. But arent we doing the same thing on our bikes? The radios on these things are capable of playing music loud enough to be heard over wind , rain and any other condition we through at it all while at 70 mph. It's not hard to understand that our choice of music will be heard by all around us. Couldn't find the post to repost it but somewhere on this site there is a thread running around about putting base tubes on our bikes. I'm not defending rap. All music is offensive in one way orthe other to someone. Very few peaple actually like all music. just a little food for thought as the devil made me do this. David

    we're not scared away at all. Laura said she would sign up soon but not sure how much she would get online. We finally made it home, added muffinmans tci box to my boke and went for a ride. Its like a new bike now. Thanks again for the hospitality and thanks muffinman for the use of the tci box. David

    if you plan on getting a gps talk to buddyrich. He makes a cable to hook the gps to your intcom system and the gps will interface with your phone. Hope thais helps. David

    Not sure if it would be new enough info nut there is a thread pesently running on kend krus tires(spelling???) As for me I've been reading the old threads and it sems that maybe I need to check out new tires myself. I bought this bike used as most 1st geners co and it has what the goup has decided is the worst bike tire ever on it MELTZERS. No prob so far and since I've read those post I've beenkeeping a sharp eye on the tires. Just hope they do ok till I can afford to by a new set. As you can see I have to worry about time to make the money too. I just choose when to get on. Can't paint in the dark so usually at night. Alos if you are worried about bandwidth cost. You could always make a donation and help differ the price. Adventure1943 this comment was not aimed at you just to all ingeneral. It took reading another post for me to realise just how much I took for franted this great site. Good luck and watever tire you choose keep them on the ground. David
