Now Wayne, I only bought the stuff I wanted in my stocking at Christmas... I saved you the trouble of last minute shopping. You know how you hate shopping. P.S. I love you. and did I mention, the wine was really good.

Saltydawg stayed up til 1:30, I opened that Biltmore bottle of wine and was up til 3:30 watching the wind and ..oops, buying sh..on ebay, and I think I posted everybody about everything I knew something about from both my club sites. Salty got up this morning and said, well...let's just say we weathered the storm and the wine was most excellent!

Do know that the amount of suffering your family is enduring is shared with your family here as well. Although we aren't with you, you have to feel our spirit and prayers all around you. Is there anything great or small we can do or send to help? Speaking of great and small ,how is your grandson? Can we have a picture? Luv and Peace Brandy

Hey ya'll, I'm a christian and a biker, and I have'nt been offended yet by any of our family. WE are the best at getting our feelings across and moving on. And guess what, we have a sense of humor that makes swallowing a bitter pill welcomed! Brandy

Please continue to keep us updated and if you need to vent or cry out, please don't hesitate to use your extended and extensive family here! We all feel your fustration, fear and hopes as many of us use a trailer, never mind just riding. WE ARE PRAYING DAILY FOR HIS COMFORT AND SPEEDY RECOVERY! God bless. Brandy

Ramona, you have a wonderful eye for capturing the simplest of beauty. Lovely pictures! My favorite picture, though, receiving the cuteness award, is of Mini titled "wet and dirty".

I had a ball in the mud looking for microscopic ruby and saphire bunny turds. I didn't expect to hit it big with a bucket of dirt, but the time spent with friends, thinking of riches and retirement, now that was priceless. The ride up there was an eye-opener, too. Never knew how beautiful mountains could be.

That's what I get for NOT spending money. I didn't miss the card. Whatcha got for the cheaper side of hotels for the following W.E. up there?

After finding out the police are useless, (sorry,Tim) I looked on line and figured out each place the little perp went. Got addresses and phone numbers of the businesses and called each of them. (all 6). I was polite, at first. Then I asked them there policy on I.D. check for a credit card. I was as polite as I could be as I told them about their upcoming loss on Visa. Wal-Mart Corporate is taking my suggestion further. I should be hearing from them. At least, I was made to feel like a customer with a valid problem. Don't get me started on the police depts, locally and in Asheville, Buncombe and Grantham counties. Asheville receptionist wanted to know the addresses of the crime. I said I wasn't following the thief at the time.

I agree with New Orleans. Our presence there may do good on all sides of the coin.
