Hay back at ya Bryan Thinking about a flat cover of reinforced formica also folding support rods (like used in small dome tents-in the event of no campground but secluded parking,a torp covers the support rods and bed roll goes on the formica cover. Warm,dry,privicy-quick set up/take down-easy,early get away. lobo:lightbulb:

I currently pull a 4 1/2 X 5 X 1 1/2 tralor loaded and piled with camping gear behind my 86 VR,and am out for months/all summer (hopeing to do Alk. this year). My problem is--no room for fishing gear--my feverish little mind has been considering,parking the tralor and pulling a 10ft. jon boat with camping/fishing gear. What could possible og wronp? PS-who ever took care of my misspelled name correction--THANK YOU orphan wolf:lightbulb:

This is so weird. My friend Mark(a shade tree genious) and I just finished instaling two stable air hornes inside the shrouds of my 86 VR. Tight fit,but got them all in. Using the wireing diagrahm that came with the horn-wireing instructions (posted on the Biker hiway site-(supplier)) + a small,very simplified diagrahm (also on that site). We finaly figured it out. Here's the kicker---They work beutifuly---for Mark......No one else. No matter how I ,or any one else, pushes the button--nothing. Mark steps up-touches the button-BLATTTT. We've tried blindfolding the bike-wearing gloves-bare foot or rubber sole. Thinking of trying exorsism--Last resort will be --Get Mark drunk,amputate his thumb,and tape it under mine. Please save Marks thumb-suggistions------

Riding Tale of the Dragon ,from No. to So., pulling a heavy camping tralor. About a mile in the clutch slave cratered and I was hung in 3rd. Interesting ride. Clunkity chugged into Deal Gap and to the applause of about 20 H/d-Wing-BMW and rocket riders :happy65::happy65::happy65::happy65::happy65::happy65::happy65::happy65:DROPPED IT -
That is one luckie little cub. Progress for us--war zone for them.

Dropped mine at Deals Gap, after riding the dragon with a heavily loaded trailer, and the trany hung in 3rd , unable to disengage. Nice crowd--Bummer

While reading the original B.Rich post I was saying ,Oh Buddy-Buddy-Buddy what were you thinking. At this point I would like to stress-Ladys,Please consider that to be one persons oppenion,however in all fairness, pic. should be posted. If his oppenion was wrong-SHAME,on you Buddy Rich-assume the position. If on the other hand,the assumption was correct, viewing pic. will be punishment enugh.
