The drawing for the trailer will be at the rally in July. Tickets will be sold until then. Actually the prize is a voucher good for or towards the cargo trailer of your choice from Time Out trailers. Winner does not have to be present to win. Try this: www.timeouttrailers.org or www.cycle-mate.com

This one has been handed down through our family. 1 can (15 oz.) of whole kernel corn, drained 2 cans (14.75 oz.) of Cream style corn 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 egg 1 pkg (8 oz.) of shredded Mild Cheddar cheese 1 stick of butter or margarine ¾ cup of sugar Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish (medium to large size) save a pat of butter or margarine to place on top. If you want a “crusty” type of top place a thin layer of breadcrumbs on top of mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour and a half or until top is a golden brown and not liquid in the center of the dish.

My wife would tell you I'm here "Too much". How much is that?

If any of you are interested in an "eyebrow kit", I've got one in the garage. I'd be happy to sell it to you at an exorbitant price PLUS shipping. Wouldn't want any of you to feel their bike isn't dressed up like everyone else's.........:stirthepot: :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:

Not me, I got tied up with some stuff and missed it.

If I bid on it I only want the fairing, I don't need the headlight ring or chrome moles. If one of you gets it and don't need/want the fairing let me know.

Not yet but I may be.......

:wel_5Wa::wel_5Wa: I have a set of those too! Nice work. Hope you enjoy your stay!

As always Bob. Tell Ruth we said hi.

Hey Jack, We rode out there in 2007 for the first International. Two tone blue 90VR. That was our honeymoon. I know where you got that 86VR too. Nice riding once you get used to the mountains.

Lonna, I'll take good care of her, she has to take care of me when I get old and wear Depends..... Hugs back:bighug:

That she is, she rode 80 miles after she jumped that curb and hurt her knee.
-
I'm sure you'll see her at Maintenance Day. Nope, I'm not cooking the turkey this year, that's being handled by other family members. However, usually I DO cook the turkey...in a deep fryer..ain't nothing like it.

My wife decided she wanted to ride so she went to the ABATE safety course. She was top of her class. A couple weeks later she bought a 2000 Honda Shadow ACE 750 from some people she knows from work. She was doing good until she jumped a curb, didn't lay it down, she rode it out. Tore her ACL in her right knee. She rode it again this last weekend before we put it away for the winter. Having surgery on her knee in two weeks to repair the ACL. She'll be ready to ride by Spring. She's planning on riding it to Maintenance Day at Don's....... The above paragraph was posted on another thread awhile back. Sue had surgery yesterday on her knee to repair/replace the ACL she tore in her mishap. Everything went well and she is recuperating. She can't do a whole lot for awhile but she should be ready to ride again by Spring. Yes, I'm being the good husband and taking good care of her.

We started tent camping in 2006 with Moose. October in Rockville IN. 40 degrees and that was cold on the ground. Went to pulling a Bushtec to carry the tent, air mattress, etc. We went to the rally in Colorado like this. After that we decided we wanted a camper to get off the ground and be able to carry everything the wife wants, . We had seen Moose's Aspen Classic and liked it. We didn't have the resouces for a new one so I started looking for used ones. I found a 1994 Bunkhouse in TN for $1200.00 and jumped on it. It had the original tires on it and the tent is almost like new. Hauled it to the rally in Kitchner Ontario. We've been very pleased with it. Pics of it are in my gallery.

When I bought my bike from Denden it included two sets of RK pipes. I changed out the stock to a set of those and like the bark. Haven't drilled them out yet, probably do that over the winter.
-
Dave, The bike had fresh oil and fresh antifreeze in it when I sold it to you. As others have said it looks like there is oil in the antifreeze. Make sure that the antifreeze you put in is compatible with aluminum engines. I agree with the others, it's probably blown a gasket somewhere.

SO! What are the AGES of the DRIVERS of VR.Org?
Leadwolf56 replied to Zfrebird4's topic in Watering Hole
53 and I look a lot younger than Dano. I liked my VRs a lot but I love my RSV. -
This is all true. We live in a small subdivision and a lot of the people are very unsociable. No one seems to want to get to know their neighbors. I know a few of them as I'm on the Home Association board. Most of them do not come to our annual meeting or picnic. We can't even get anyone to just comeover and BS around a fire or anything.

Al, yes, that would be correct information. Thanks for the hand. I've been pretty tied up with work and now that we have the dates we'vegot a lot to get done. Stv, I'm going down to the park to talk with them this week and yes, we'll get a section of the campground reserved for us as a group.

The dates for the 2010 rally are July 12 -July 14. this has been posted on the calendar for starters. There is also a link to the park info site there. We have to work on some hotels in the area and get a group discount. As soon as we get some other things going we'll put up a registration page.
