We are asking for prayers for Ponch!! All we know right now is that he went down this morning. The police officers would not tell us nothing other than they picked him up in a helocopter and took him to Memorial Herman Hospital. They were not sure of his condition. Brad is on his way to Ponch and Cathy's house to let Cathy know, and get her to him! All I know right now is that he could use some help, if ya'll could keep him in your thoughts and prayers, and we will keep you posted as we find out anything! Thanks!! This one is for Ponch! -
Prayers are needed for HAL ( Halmosthere) and His family. Hals Sister was ran over by a car a few months back and is back in the Hospital again, this time everything is trying to shut down, the next 48hrs will be very Critical. Thank you !! Kreg

Please pray for some friends of mine from church. They lost their daughter to a motorcycle/deer accident last week. She was on the back of her husbands motorcycle when they hit the deer. He is relatively unhurt as he was thrown to the side of the road. She was thrown into the middle of the road and ran over by a Van. Please keep everyone involved in your prayers. The husband and driver of the van have a heavy burden they are going to be carrying around. Thanks and God Bless Ryan -
Hey, Just wanted to give a call out to any of our family here who find themselves in the midst of the flooding in the NE. I grew up in Binghamton myself and have seen some of the pictures and I know its not a pretty sight. Having served in the fire service for over the past 26 years I have seen my share of trouble however find that flooding and the aftermath that goes with it still is fairly close to the top of things I hate the most. Our prayers are with any and all who find themselves in a low spot at the moment. Keep us in the loop and let us know if there are any needs we can address. All the best, Norm

Many on this site have know Paul much longer than I have. Since I met Paul a few years ago, he's been a great friend and a fantastic ridding buddy. Last Thursday or Friday he set out for a multi day trip with his wife Cynthia and they had a rear tire go flat. Details are still not all in. Both had to be air lifted from the Vernal, Ut area to the hospital in Grand Junction, CO. I understand that they are there still for a few days. Both suffered broken bones and at least one had a punctured lung. Any prayers, thoughts and best wishes would be greatly appreciated. All this after Paul had a solo accident (no real physical injuries) in Feb when he went down on his '08 RSTD and now he's down on his replacement Venture. Dave -

As many of you are aware Don (Gunboat) has the early stages of Prostate Cancer. Today is the day that he goes in for his surgery. If you would please keep him in your prayers. I dont often come on and ask for things like this, but Don is one of my very best friends and I love him dearly. Here's hoping for a successful surgery and full recovery.

Marcie has had more and more angina lately so her cardiologist scheduled another cath last Thursday and the results were not good to say the least. Two of the bypasses from her triple bypass surgery from eight years ago where 100 percent dead. One of the front arteries has 5 blockages from 80-90 percent blocked and the good one is 50 percent blocked. They are going to leave that one alone for now and do hopefully 2 or 3 bypasses. The 3 doctors we talked to said this is very high risk but the best solution. So Marcie is scheduled for surgery on Monday morning. Please keep Marcie in your thoughts and prayers. We can use all the help. Randy On a good note, we became grandparents again last night as my son and his fiancé had a baby boy. Baby Jack is 6.6 lbs and 19.5 ins. -
Hello all, Following is a copy of an email I just got from my son. He had some tough times when he was younger, really got himself straightened out, now 37 years old. Active with the Salvation Army, has been managing a half-way-house while working full time. I'm asking for your prayers for him and Ally. This is tough for anyone to face. They need all the help they can get. Thanks for reading. If you don't know, I am in love with my wonderful, beautiful, Jesus loving girlfriend...her name is Alisha, we call her Ally. Ally has Hepatitis C. Pride, shame, the enemy, whatever, would like us to keep this quiet, but that is not going to happen. Today Thursday March 24th at 3:30 we will be at a doctors appointment with a specialist to discuss treatment options. In James Chapter 5:13-16 the Word says: (13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.) If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you are made righteous. Your prayers are powerful and we need your help. Sometimes it's hard to create passion in another for something/someone they are not invested in, that being said, I covet your crazy, passionate, crying out, nonstop, pleading prayers to God in this. Please pray however you feel led, healing, wisdom in decision making, whatever the Lord puts on your heart. If He speaks to you about this please let us know. My very close friend Tony just lost his brother Dan to this disease a few days ago, please pray for those left behind and hurting. Prayers needed for my Cousin, if ya`ll could spare a few. He was riding dirt bikes with his sons and went off ( what he thought ) was a four foot drop that turned into a 30+ foot drop, he has had 4 surgeries so far, is in a drug induced comma, luckly he can move both arms and one leg, the other has bad nerve damage. This happened last Sat. and he is still in ICU in Las Vegas Med center. Thank you very much! Kreg

My Father, who is 86 years old, had surgery this past Monday to repair an Abdominal aortic aneurysm, 6.6 cm in dia... While they were in repairing the aneurysm, they found He also had a twisted bowel which they corrected as well. The first three days after surgery he seemed to be recovering very well. But by the forth day he started halucinating and is now totally delerious. As well his abdomin is starting to look very bloted and the nurses are hinting at the possibility of a post surgery infection. He is not sleeping, and and is having constant conversations with people from his past who are no longer with us. My father went through two wars.one being WWII were as a youth he was in and out of prison camps having escaped twice and later helped with the dutch underground and red cross units. After that he joined the dutch Marines and spent two years in jungle warefare in Indonesia, were he led a small demolition and tactical assault team. The events of those years is were he seems to revert to the most were he dwells on lost friends and team members. Or relives the horrors he has Gone through or witnessed. Needless to say we are very worried and hope He pulls out of this well and healthy, and I am asking for prayers on his behalf.

till go back for the next,meeting with the doc,got a good report,still didn't ask if i could go on long rides,last couple of rides,were great,no after effects what so ever,so the prayers are working,looks like a little rain for 6 or 7 days,don't thank i should get wett yet all is going will lowell

the young man 16 years old was making progress but now has started to regress and has become unresponsive ,,prayers are needed for this young man and his family ,i know i asked before but please keep him in your prayers

It is with a heavy heart I tell you that one of our own has some problems that could use all of our help in the form of prayers. The member's father is ill in their home land and it doesn't look good folks. Could you take a little time out of you busy schedules and offer up a few prayers over the next few day. I am sure they would be greatly appreciated. It is tough enough dealing with family illness but it makes it doubly hard from a distance. Since they haven/t made it public knowledge I hesitate to make it for them. You say the prayer and I am 100% positive that the man upstairs will hear them. This is an absolute. Prayers are needed for a member here..... TxVenture, Don H. , I just spoke with him, he was admitted to the Hospital today, he had gone into have radiation treatment and his back hurt so bad that he couldn`t lay on the table. He also has an open wound from the Biopsi that he had done a few weeks ago. Don has been going through Cancer treatment for a few years now, and he really could use every ones prayers. Thanks alot!!

Dr.'s let her out today (Friday), still find it hard to believe home and walking 2 days after a total hip replacement........... Thanks to everyone for their prayers and support, now comes the hard part, recovery and getting back to a normal life.......... Thanks to all the VR family....... ........

Just got back from saying goodbye to our son, Jason. He has deployed to Afghanistan. It will take him several days to get there. He is piloting his own plane there. It was really hard saying goodbye, but on the other hand, we are so proud of him and what he does. We are proud of all our soldiers and their families and ask that you keep them all in your thoughts and prayers. Don

Spent the night With my daughter Ashley and husband Coby at Conemaugh in Johnstown, Pa were she was taken by ambulance after a ultra sound indicated that the cord was wrapped around the baby's neck 4 times. Was later told the last weeks U S showed the cord being wrapped 3 times but did not tell her. They have diagnosed her with preeclampsia which she had early signs of and they had been testing her for two weeks before. Her blood pressure is high, too much protein in the urine, her platelets are too low and they are giving her magnesium for that. That being said, the Dr's. are trying to delay things until this evening with hopes the lungs will develop more with the help of yet another IV (steroid) added to the 5 others. This is her first pregnancy and she and her husband are frightened. They are prepared to do an emergency C if momma or baby have too much distress. They do need a lot of prayers! Regards Dave
