Hello My daughter Natalie Cameron made a video for a scholarship and was chosen as one of the five finalists but in order to win she has to get the most "likes" on it. Could you please go to her link: The direct link is Please make sure to "LIKE" the post itself and not just the group (there are two like buttons on that page. The one at the top right is for the group, the one on the post is for her video). Also if you could share the link. The more votes the better. (Natalie has supported herself throughout her post secondary education and this would go a long way for her) ☺ Thank you again. This means so much to her and me!

We are visiting our home resort of Massanutten in Virginia. We trailered the bike up with us and yesterday rode the Skyline Drive...what a great ride! Was going to post photos, but I cannot seem to get them down to the size that will upload.

This offer might be buried in a place where many members won't be reading so I'll put it out there, loud and clear... See post #37... http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?p=710661#post710661

Does anyone have a set of these that you would be willing to sell and could someone post pictures or email me Pictures of what they look like on the bike? Thanks!!

So I got my drift camera...and in the next week or so I plan on recording bits and pieces of some of the great rides we have around here. To post video, is it the same as posting a picture....just "manage attachements" and select the file I want to post? I can see the file sizes and types. 1.91 mb doesn't sound like much for a video file. How does one go about posting to a web site like youtube? any other recommended sites where I could post video and have folks go there to view it?

If you don't tear up or get a lump in your throat, you have absolutely no patriotism. I'd like to post it on another board, but it's not "motorcycle related" and some of them get disgruntled about it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0fQd858cRc%26hl=en_US%26feature=player_embedded%26version=3Since

Playin' catchup on my 87 Standard....it's been going on for a couple of weeks now, (not much free time to work on it) and I'm getting ready to sync the carbs, but was hoping for some info on the procedure. I figured there'd be an old post with instructions but can't seem to find it. If anyone has a link, or can give me the quick and dirty on it, lemme know. Thanks.

Got a bit fed up waiting for the Bub's - they'll be 5 weeks at least. So went to my local chrome shop. These are Highway Hawk universal slip ons. They do them longer too, but as he had these in stock, I thought for the price, £110, I'd give it a go. The bracket that comes with them is long & adjustable, so that bit was easy, & they just slipped on. I love the sound! I will post a video on you tube of a drive by as soon as the rain stops. I'll also try to post a video in the right section. Meanwhile here's some pics. http://i1156.photobucket.com/albums/p567/treecol/002-1.jpg http://i1156.photobucket.com/albums/p567/treecol/001-3.jpg

Being that my left hand/wrist has pins and screws that it will be months before I know how much of it I will regain of it, with massive theropy. It is virtually use less. My right ribs and collar bone broken in several places, my right fingers and arm gets really sore and tired. So when you come accross any 1st Gen that could support me justifing a case to receiving more than NADA $5095. closer to $5750.00 please post here. My 91 VR had 9200 miles and was beautiful. When I get home I will continue. 1) finish the patch order 2) work the thumb switch order 3) work the side cover panel rail bar. 4) turn buckle accessory cross bar. 5) Introduce a new 1st Gen Patch. Thanks in advance Brian

I was looking at the site this morning and someone posted 4 pages of available accessories for the VR. Mine is an 88. Anyone know or remember where to find this post?
