    can anyone help me i removed my exaust off of my 89 royale thinking it would be easy to drill out the baffle to give a little louder tone i used a cuttoff toll to cut through the 3 welds on the cone ..does the entire cone need to be cut off cause it wont budge and i dont want to do too much damage to it if it gets to be too much of a pain and help on doing this mod taking off the cones and finishing the job with the baffles would be most great full i need to get this done before the thursday before memorial day weekend ...i taking a trip to newbern tenn the first bike trip since jess and i split and its like a celebration trip on the divorce being final on the 7th of this month thanks a million oh and squid if you read this do you want those 2nd gen pipes back if not ill find a home for them:think:

    greetings all i had to come back cause its a wonderful family. as most of you who know who i am know that jess and i are getting divorced i was forced to get rid of my bike ( which almost made me break down in tears) WELL i am here to tell you all on friday the 30th i will be the proud owner of another 1st gen, 89 with every bell and whistles i could ever amagine at a unbelevible price. ......i am now in a relationship with a wonderful woman who has 2 kids of her own they now live with me and my 3 kids( talk about the brady bunch)we both are gettting a divorce and found each other. we are doing good and just about out of the massive hole that our divorces has caused us to fall into. i know there is a few of this wonderful family that were friends with jessie ill let you know what she is doing these days...... she packed up and moved to indianaoplis with the man she left me and the kids for and see her kids only once a month for 2 days. i have no hard feelings toward her any more all the hurt and anger is gone THANKS FREEBIRD YOU WERE RIGHT IT DOES GET BETTER!!!!! i cant wait till the weather breaks and am able to get my new lady on the back of the bike and take her to meet and eats ill keep in touch

    hope you have better luck at the stealers that i did with my radio took me 3 months for mine with all the red tape with yamaha and the dealer and clarion .they have had 3 service mangers in those 3 months and no one had a friggin clue finally my patience was gone (suprised myself i had so much) but went to the general manager and within 8 business days i had a brand new radio and the manger himself came and pick up my bike and dropped it off at my work yesterday .......after not having tunes all summer i didnt have to sing to myself yesterday lol GOOD LUCK:cool10:

    completly it is also the reason im trying to sell my scoot just dont have the same feeling for it anymore it came to a complete shock to me after 17 yrs oh well life goes on

    well just an update to you all i do love my wife but it seems that she dont love me and we a now separated and getting ready to file for divorce she had been having an affair since april with a coworker (thats why she has been working so many hours) and she left me and our 3 kids to go live with her new boyfriend just thought ppl should know why she hasnt been on the chat rooms etc for a while

    now Don you already know that it is I that cleans the bike and makes sure it is a polished before we go any where....now if i watch i bet i could sync carbs soon enouh lol beside if i came down to your house i would not get any rest id be trying to catch that swamp monster lol jess

    that was for a round of 9 not to bad and i get bragging right until the next game total score for 18 was under a 100 im getting better every time i go out

    Tell Jess to get better soon. And she should know better when something hurts to get to the dr. i just did not think that it was all that bad but i finally did go in and look where it landed me being waited on hand and foot and actually enjoying it lol first time the kids get to take care of mom it is kind of nice

    i unlike most people i can not sit still it will be hard for me to off of work for 2 weeks sitting around doing nothing it will drive me nuts but i gotta do what i got to do right, i also hunt and fish and do everything that my hubby does i even shot a 46 golfing 2 weeks ago and i beat the boys not to bad huh? jessie

    bullheaded at times........now i can tell you that im not the easyest person to live with or to get to go to the dr that is just in my nature but my wife should have some kind of idea when enough is enough. she had 2 days off with a whole list of things that needed to get done mow the lawn fix the gutters swim with the kids etc......after mowing the lawn on Monday her back started to hurt and her first thought was a must be i pulled a muscle. so she goes in and lays down but went into so much pain that she did not get off the couch all day and all night. she took some meds but they did not help. she is still refusing to go to the dr at this point ill get better seemed to be her attutide. so i told her i was willing to take her to the hosptal when ever she was ready....she didnt go...next day she woke up a little better and get ready for the day only to have the pain come back worse then the day before....ok im at work and she is complaining about the pain and i told her to get up in the trail blazer or i would drive my set of double (semi) down our road and put her into the trail blazer. so off to the hospital she goes and ends of having emergency appendectomy yesterday ...you now know why she is so bullheaded ...........talk about scaring the you know what out of me. she is at home and resting and will be off work for a few weeks.     ok so what is the best size ct for a rsv??? im going to try it myself BUT i will not let the better half on the back till i get the feel for the ct andd how it will handle for me

    well all split cleaned and greased up to no avail looks like time for the dealer to replace the unit unless there is something im missing

    if the ignition switch would be going bad wouldnt it effect the starting of the bike? only thing not working is the radidio im about to split the fairing and clean the connections

    for some reason radio was working yesterday i parked it for the night went and took off this morning and i have nothing i mean nothing no display sound etc i checked all three fuse boxes from what i could tell no fuses blown any other suggestions out there ? anyone else have this problem? help i need my tunes thanks jack:confused07::confused07::confused07::think::think:

    this could be kind of interesting I would love to find it out also but I would worry about the color running if it rained when we were riding that would be really bad to have a big black spot on my back side

    I will have to second not bailing anybody family or friend out of jail it just not worth the headache.....let them sit there and think about what they have done and hope they learned thier lesson and wont be back to that position Jessie

    Being that i missed the met and eat last weekend for work thing I could not wait until this weekend to get out and ride:7_2_104[1]:. It was a spur of the moment idea to go to Rocky's. Knowing that you were not that far away I got on my cell phone and told my daughter to PM you to let you know that we were going. I forgot the camera but it was a blast to get out with family and friends to take a trip and met up with you,Thanks for coming it nice to finally put a face to people that I get in trouble with:rotf: every chance that I can....in chat.....We put over 120 miles on the bike yesterday and over a 100 on Saturday. I sure do hope that we get more chances to get out and get together again.On the way home we were able to met up with my brother in law and his brother.There was a lot of bikes out yestrday. Have a great day Jess... PS I was a little chilled when i got home that i cuddled up in a warm blanket and went to sleep...Ill catch up in chat tonight

    what a great weekend to have off. Yesterday we were able to put well over a 100 miles on this bike and I was up and waiting for Jack to get back from work to ride again...when we put another 100 or so miles on. Heck we even ran into a Dray. Oh how I love the spring time Jessie:7_2_104[1]:

    Ok I know that the temps outside said only 26 degrees:cold: and that the real feel was about 22:cold: but we had the itch that needed to be scratched. so we put on the chaps and leather coats and face mask. We slowly got the bike across the ice covered drive way and waved to the next door neighbor as they were shaking thier heads....they dont understand....and for the first time this year we road off on the bike :cool10::cool10:.....oh what a feeling I can not wait for the temp in the 40's we might be able to double that number or more....and still be able to feel all the fingers when we get back home...it is almost that time I'm so so excited Jessie and Jack
