I'll be it was a test on the same engine we are all running.

Just be REALLY careful. I see in your post that you are aware of the possibility but I've seen several front fenders dented because of it. They front forks can sometimes compress a lot more than people realize.

I posted a link in this thread. [ame=http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?p=365356#post365356]plug and play venture amp. - VentureRider.Org[/ame] -
OOPS...sorry about that. I was remember something that I never did. OK...another thing you can do. Go to the Full List. Then on the right, under search, click on Advanced. That will give you a page where you can search by country and many other ways.

Click "Search" in the menu bar and type in Bazooka. You will find a couple of threads about it. Here is the main one I think. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=35681&highlight=Bazooka

GREAT deal...but I do the same thing with my leaf blower.

I went ahead and moved it. Hopefully this will make it easier for folks to find and continue to enjoy.

I've got one but unfortunately, it has two large round holes in it where I removed the vents and put in my newer shield. Plus, I won't be home until tomorrow evening.

Fuse Block for IH Truck Guy
Freebird replied to Squidley's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
It IS a nice bike. The problem is, I travel so much that I just don't have time to keep a first gen running. -
I'm really not surprised about the Kawasaki. The few people that I know that have actually ridden one were not too impressed. One of our newer members called me a couple of weeks ago, wish I could remember who it was, but he had bought one and after one trip, he and his wife absolutely hated it. He finally found a dealer that really wanted it and traded it for a RSV.

That is truly a beautiful trike. I will probably do that some day but it's a few years off. Great job.

OK....let me know how much and I'll send you a PayPal. Mr. Copus will reimburse me anyway. No hurry, I doubt I'll mess with it until we get back from the rally. -

Where did you get the fuse block? I think I need to put a new one on Mr. Copus' '89. -
HELP!! Missing Child (my step son was abducted)!!!
Freebird replied to ArticusMedicus's topic in Watering Hole
I'm really sorry that it turned out well and so quickly. Those are scary times. I've got an ex-wife that I was worried about for a while after the divorce but she finally just disappeared and left me to raise my son. -
I know that Hopnel has been bought out. I'm not sure but I think it was Big Bike Parts or something like that.
-
I have no problem with that and think it is a great idea. I'm open to any further suggestions and discussion about it.

The small balloon is a good idea. The Edsets even ship with them now.

Yes, Ohio requires the title to be notarized also. That is something the seller has to do but you don't have to be there. He just takes the title and signs it in front of a notary and they notarize it before sending it to you.

Really sorry to hear it. Sounds like he was pretty lucky though. Really glad it wasn't worse.

I don't know how it can be. As Steve said, they went out of business in 1931. Started back in 1998 and were bankrupt again by the fall of 1999. That bike is much newer than 1931 and much older than 1999.

I just put one just like it in the classifieds. Not mine, belongs to a local gentleman. I think he's a bit high on it though. He has a LOT in it due to paying a bit much and then really getting ripped when he had the carb diaphragms and boots replaced. He was by here yesterday because he had put a new sealed battery in it and didn't know what to do about the battery warning light. I did the resistor trick on it for him. He is negotiable but I'm not sure how much.

Beautiful bike. I've seen something like that before. It's a Bridgestone isn't it?
