I posted this site before the crash of '06. This will get you to the home page and from there, you can search state by state. http://www.byways.org/ I hope to do the Mississippi River ride sometime in the next couple of years. Maybe in sections. But for now, it's Ft. Collins or bust.

I'm replacing the cassette deck on my 89 with a hook up for an MP3 player. I put a switch on to enable/disable the radio. I was wondering what the effect would be if the radio was on AND I had audio feeding from the MP3. Turns out it behaves just like the intercom - when there is audio from the MP3 it mutes the radio. This would be annoying with an MP3 because the radio would be piping up at quiet sections and between songs. It would be a really slick way to tie in something like GPS or cell phone though. Of course the radio would have to be on to hear the other device. -
We went to the U.S. consulate here in Perth yesterday and got 5 year visa's. By the time we were escorted by security guard in and out of two sections, we had been in and out of the states twice!!!!!

I am heading up into northern Kentucky in a couple of weeks. I plan on connecting with I-75 at Corbin, KY via the Daniel Boone Trail/Cumberland Parkway. Has anyone rode this section(s) of road lately and are there any tolls? Appreciate any information!
