    Glad the weather turned out ok for you today. There isn't an actual minimum number, it's just everyone tries to keep up with sleeperhawk's mechanic (Bobbie) she takes lots of pics. We ladies were getting our fingers all set for a good workout. :rotf::rotf: Now you need to get to one or the meet and eats or the rallies this year so we can meet you and the lovely lady your married to.     Heck we've had a fire all month burned over 41000 acres so far, but it's about 75% contained finally. Not gonna stop smoking anytime soon, it's in the peet. Plus we have another one that just started up in the dismal swamp. Depends on which way the wind blows on which one we get the smoke from. It has peet as well. So no matter when they get the fires out it's gonna be smokey. We've actually had Code purple air alerts. I never even heard of code purple before. Margaret

Only thing Jeff has to do is the weedeater I can't manage that. Tell Jess to get better soon. And she should know better when something hurts to get to the dr. Margaret

    Good luck hope you find what you can live with. You're right you'll never find exactly what you want. Definitely avoid HOA they are a total PIA. We've been checking out places as well. We have a HOA and would like to get away from them. Margaret
