  1. i removed the cassette player and installed an aluminplate there instead. then installed the kuryakyn led volt/battery gauge there. i get i solid green light and another green light flashing. this is with my passing lights on at highway speeds. at a stop light/sign i'll have just the one solid green light. i tied mine into my heated grip heaters power line. don c.

  3. hi annie i have not seen a wide tank bib like what your looking for . i have seen a slip on type tank bra/sleeve. that goes on at the bottom of the tank and pulls up towards the gas cap.like the ones on sport car one that fit on the front end. i have not seen one of these bra/sleeve on any venture that i have been around. but will try to locate one or a website for you. best reguards don c.

  20. hi reniy i don't know about all city's but i guess it's a universal problem, red light runners. i understand the light changes to yellow as your almost at the intersetion. but i've seen people who just won't stop, they are too important to stop. like that minute or two will get to the office any sooner. then there are the parking lot red light runner's, you know those drivers who if they can will drive around the light to keep from waiting on a red light. i try to obey the law. but i'am not a saint. but i can say i never run the parking lots to avoid the red lights. just my 2-cents. best reguards don c.
  21. i would like to add, first step to clean a 'sheld is to use a clean terry cloth / cotton cloth. soaked in warm water, squeeze out some of the water, then put it on the 'sheld for a few minutes to soften the bugs up. i always clean the 'sheld with up and down motion, to help minumize scratches. i have a clearview 'sheld, i then use novus#1 to final clean & buff. if i remember right the novus line of products is approved by the clearview folks. they also say you can use the orginal formula rain-x on the 'sheld. novis also makes a#2 fine scratch removal and a #3 heavy scratch removal. these are the products i use. i have never used pledge but i may give it a try. best reguards don c.
  22. now i don't know really what to say, but i've been eating on a special made banna split cheesecake. made by the famous sweetnothing-lonna. i was lucky to get my first taste of her cheescake in january'09, when i flew up to mi for brad's end of year m&e. i have let my wife and daughter have one slice each, but the rest of it is mine. or what i should say is left of it. i think i hear my name being called for that last peice of cheescake. my,my,my nothing better than cheesecake for breakfast. thanks again lonna. best reguards don c.
  23. its easy i just screwed a spark pulg with the top tip removed into the threaded part of the rubber freeze pulg. pulled the rubber plug out. cleaned it up and pushed it back in. i belive steve w. glued a dime to back side of the cylinder fin where the circule is. this puts a little more pressure to keep the plug seated. don c.
