hi folks made it home at 5:00 CST time. good ride even in the truck, but next time it will be on the bike. it was again very nice to meet with ( dave ) utahventure & his wife jann. also his rideing partners this trip was paul & his wife rhonda. very nice folks looking forward to riding with them again. us-84 and us-491 some good roads to ride to get up to the four corners area. again thanks to everyone who has helped get the trailer along to Portland. regards don c.

Hi folks Well it's a done deal as far As the trailer is concerned. Utahventure dave has it now.it very nice to meet him, his wife Jen. and his frends who came along. had a very nice time at dinner. Broke bread, swaped stories, i will have to meet up with them again in the future. Meeting new folks is always good. With the ventureriders your part of the family no matter where you travel. well the trailer is loaded into the bed of my truck. it fit's but had to leave the tailgate down. as my ramps are a bit longer than the truck bed. but brad secured the trailer down very well. annie there is a long break over bar that will be with the trailer. I have included two different sockets 1 is a 3/4 and the other is a 13/16. one of these two sockets fit the lugs bolts on the trailer axles, the other one is to remove the nuts on the spare tire. hopefully you won't have to use them, but they are there . I will be heading north by northwest to cloves, nm. will see ya'll later this summer. regards don c.

dano there is plenty of aussie stickers left over. I bought from down under that will be in the trailer. I feel sure annie & alan will let you have one or maybe two of them. if you are good . regards don c.

Wow Annie, no replies just yet..... dano ( troublemaker I like that ) now I wouldn't go there . remember down under time is a wee different time zone than us in the good old southern central time zone. I also see you didn't reply till a little after 8 hours. regards don c.

hi annie & allan hope all is well with ya'll down under. had a great day with brad working on the trailer. your white aussie southerncross placard will look great on the back of the trailer. I had gone a little overboard on the aussie stuff I had bought to stick on the trailer. brad had to hogtie me to stop peeling & sticking. the rest of the stickers will be in side of the trailer for ya'll to do as ya'll wish. I will tell you brad did all the hard work, I just got to play around a little. this has been a labor of love for us. glad to have a small part in doing it. it has been a good trailer & pulls straight at 75-80 mph. regards don c.

hi annie & alan sounds great. I too have a few things to "finish out" the trailer. aussie stuff that came from down under, but you got to wait & see. saw brad & lonna for a little while last night. we had to make some changes to our plans for the trailer, but it's all good. got to meet & pet their new 4-paw family. i'll be going back over Saturday morning to help brad finish up. but if I know brad there won't be much for me to do. regards don c.

hi annie & allan hope all is well down under for ya'll. hope you keep the pictures of the trailer before it's new paint job. many kodo's to brad:cool10: for taking the time to repaint the whole trailer & going over it from stem to stern. I have not had the time as I would have liked to help brad with this little project. I will go by this afternoon and get with brad for the final touches. I plan on being over at brad's this coming weekend to help finish the trailer. we will add the "Custom touches" to the trailer that brad & I have talked and hinted about on this post. just to let ya know the pictures that brad just took on post#76 are #1 the back of the trailer. ( you can make out where the tail lights were ) #2 the front right side #3 the front left side #4 the front of the trailer ( this "wall" is were I will start by putting the state of texas placard/decal on and hope someone in every state will add one of their sate's to it. when annie & alan come thru. #5 the top (hatch/cover) backside #6 the top " " front side sorry I've gone for too much. best regards to all don c.
