Well we did get some riding in today. Rode hwy 72 and 219. Man 72 is a must ride. Not very wide and not very fast but lots of scenery and twisties. About a 25 mile ride that takes about 1 and a half hours. Here are a few pictures. Hopefully we can get soem more in tomorrow between the rain.

Well we made it to WV. Great Ride till the last 50 miles or so then rain, rain and more rain. Did I say it rained the last 50 miles. Anyway weather doesn't look good for the week but we will still ride and ha ve fun. Here are a couple of pictures. The big guy wringing out his shirt is Bryan52577 from our board.

OK which one of you changed the weather report? It is not funny now put it back the way it was. For the last week it has showed the weather to be around 68 degrees and sunny EVERYDAY in West Virgnia where we are going next week and now I look and it shows 66 degrees and RAIN every day. Now stop that, it must be a 1st gen rider messing with me.............................................Bubba (Todd) Is that you doing that?

Mine was doing that and I found that one of the boots had come off the top of the carbs, It is undcer the fuel tank and is part of the air intake system. I fixed it and it stopped popping and ran a bunch better

I was just talking to Tricia about Tuff Toms Trailer and it got me to wondering.......Do you suppose there are any trial members who have followed what went on with Tom's accident and how so many members stepped up to help him out in his time of need and still think the $12 a year membership isn't worth it? Most everyone who helped out had either just met Tom a couple of days earlier or had not even met him but yet everyone helped out. Just the words of encouragement were big when you are so far away from home and no family. I for one hope I never have this happen to me but I assure you I feel just a little more comfortable knowing that I am not alone no matter where I may travel. There will always be the people from this board willing to step up and help just because they care. Twelve Dollars, is it worth it ............................Just ask Tuff Tom

Ride carefull Brother. No rain here but gonna be 102 degrees today. Was wanting it to be cool tomorrow when we leave but suppose to be 95 degrees. OH well it will make up for it in West Virginia highs all week about 68 degrees. Good for me.

Patty, It was an 11. I thought about you guys but we were on a fast trip. I had to get down there, pick up the bike and get back home. 775 miles round trip. I wanted to come over and sign "The Wall" but was afraid Don would be home and you know what would have happened if the both of us got to talking........... I had to be back home this morning because I sold my old Gold Wing and the guy is coming from Kentucky to pick it up today Plus getting ready to leave in the morning for West Virginia. Busy busy busy. Ayway have a great weekend and come up and see us sometime. You already have a bedroom with your and Don's name on the door

To buying a new Venture today. I was in Union City, TN today picking up a new Goldwing for a friend of mine and they offered me a Brand New Venture for 16,900 out the door. Came really close but decided not to purchase. Really wanted to but..............

Either bad adapter or it is wired in wrong or the trailer plug is wired different that the bike plug. Could also be a wire somewhere in the trailer grounding out. -
Add some LED strips running up and down the frame between the saddlebags and fender. They look great and light it up well

OK, here is my question. We (3 couples) are headed to Canaan Valley, WV on Saturday September 3rd. We hav e rented a home for a week and are just going to be riding around looking at the sights. Canaan Valley is in the corner where PA, WV, And MD sort of come together. We are looking for siggestions on roads we should ride, towns to visit, sights to see and the such. I have looked at all the travel things on the web, the Motorcyel roads and things like that. We are looking for the raods only people who have ridden them know about. We are looking for the sights and places to go that you stumble on when riding. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You all in advance Rick, Shirley, Bryan, Lisa, Bob and Patty
